This store is doing way better now that CJ took over the store. Deliveries are now always on time, pizza is way better and the employees look like they are actually working unlike before when it looked like the store was a hang-out spot.
The delivery driver forgot one of our pizzas he said he was going to make two more deliveries go back and bring it back and he never showed up to make things worse for the night it was for my young daughter with autistic tendencies I'll never eat at Pizza Hut again so unreliable
Pizza ordered was a pepperoni stuffed crust but came out with Jalapeños on it was told it would take an additional 15 min to fix only took 7min. but upon arriving home and starting to eat pizza found employees had only pulled Jalapeños off and reran through oven leaving the vinegar taste and spices of Jalapeños on the pizza to try and save company cost for their mistake leaving the pizza unable to eat.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We ordered 2 medium pizza’s ahead of time at 6pm because we were out of town. We asked the pizza’s be delivered at 8pm. The guy delivered them at 7pm when we were still on our way home. Understandable, things happen. We all make mistakes... He said it would be remade and delivered by 8pm, no charge. Well come 8:40, no pizzas… we called up there, seemed like no one knew what we were talking about with the order. They said “We can remake them and have them delivered in 30 minutes.” We asked for a refund and she put us on hold to ask! At that point, we decided to just cancel the order and go get something somewhere else. Awful, awful service. I have never been so disappointed in Pizza Hut. Guess we’ll be taking our business to Papa Johns from now on! 0 out of 5 stars.
Hey there, we are graced with the chance of a lifetime to get to watch history as it happens. Part of that history is watching the decline of food chains. We are watching Covid kill work ethics faster and harder than it kills humans by leaps and bounds. While I understand that many places are trying to get good help and be fully staffed, it doesn't stop any place from accountability when a job is done completely unsatisfactory. We don't eat out often, so if I choose to spend my hard-earned money somewhere, I expect that it is going to be well spent. And this goes for any patron, we are choosing to do business with you, do not treat it like a joke.I ordered plenty in advance of when we wanted to eat especially allowing for the time of day and possibility of short staffing. Our order was set for 12:30p so I was delighted to get the text at 12:25p that it was on its way~ I am located about 8 minutes away tops. However, 40 minutes later we received our cool food and while I didn't complain about the tardiness, I can't let go the way the food was once we opened it up. The taco pizza we ordered was missing toppings on nearly half of the pizza and no salsa cups were provided. So, some of us had to eat luke warm meat and beans on crust... come on, really? The rest of the pizza was so loaded with onions it might as well have been an onion pizza. I like onions but this was overkill to say the least. I was trying to spoil my kid at work with me today. This is a gross misuse of my hard-earned money. Do better.
Not take so long to deliver the food and make sure everything is their. The food looked like it was sitting for an hour. It wasnt even warm it was so disgusting in ordered from another pizza hut in town
After waiting 2 hour I called and asked for a refund. The manager was very rude, I never got my order, or my refund. I will give it a couple of days and then call corporate. My order was close to 65 dollars, that is a lot of money.
spent 25$ no parmisan or red pepperers. not buying pizza there anymore.
I am allergic to mushrooms. I ordered a pepperoni lovers with extra cheese. There were mushrooms on the pizza. So I wasted money on something I could not eat. I will not be going back my life is more important than pizza.
I used the app to place my order and it was somehow changed when I finished it. The ultimate pepperoni I ordered looked like a regular and I ended up paying over 30$ for one regular pizza and a cookie. At least it was good.
