Thanks for the nasty flat sodas with no ice at all ! Literally not one single piece in both drinks Who forgets to put ice in their drinks?!
Ordered a 2 item meal May 6th, was 3rd in the drive through line. After 13 minutes of not moving, I called the location and asked if they were open. Was told yes, just waiting on rice (no idea how an Asian food restaurant would be out of rice at 330pm). Finally get to the window, pay and after the blonde female hands me my order I tell her they should let people know ahead of time, not everyone has 15 minutes to wait on fast food. She closed the drive through window on me, no apology, no comment on the fact they just forced us to wait 15 minutes for something that shouldn't have taken more than 5, or at least let us know. Will never go back to this location and I'd suggest you avoid it as well if you value your time.
Let me start off by saying I love Panda Express. But I just had the worst PE experience. Food was dry and overcooked and not fresh whatsoever. Open the dining room so people can see what they're getting! Horrible! Waste of money for sure. Probably won't be going back to this place ever again unless they open the dining area back up. You're welcome for the $10 taken from me for nothing edible in return. Thanks.
Went to the Hutchinson ks Panda and order the plate. I got like half spoon of entree and a huge amount of rice. Very disappointed. Tried to call the store and talk to someone and no one would answer.
The last 2 times been the orange chicken was sooo spicy that couldn't eat it and there was a ton of celery in the noodles.
Food was OK, not as fresh as I had before. Mainly the rice and chow mein. The honey chicken with green beans was delicious! Front service was good. Restaurant was pretty clean.
This was my go to spot but for some reason they stopped cooking the rice or is now sharing old rice will have to stop going for awhile give them time to get their act together
I ordered a plate with double Orange Chicken and was given a single order...I didn't realize it until it was too late because I was traveling through and couldn't go back. Therefore I'm only giving them 2 stars.
awesome people drove 30 mins to eat there lobby was closed but allowed us to eat there really appreciate the good service
Always out of something! They just can’t get it together. I love the food they have it, and if it’s not old. I keep going back, hoping for better, but usually get disappointed.
