Truly a gleaming beacon of hope after a tumultuous train ride (my family and I were on the Amtrak delayed by over 5 hours and had to wait another hour for a crew change). Having this place open, within walking distance, and safely serving folks was an absolute joy. The pastries were baked on site and quite tasty. The coffee and espresso helped us rejuvenate for the long journey still ahead of us. The owners were kind and friendly; I appreciated that they clearly cared about the well being of their staff and community. Hands down way better than corporate chains.

The coffee ended up being mediocre ... but the lady working the drive through was really condescending. I asked for a very simple drink and she responded with “is that some kind of Starbucks drink or something?” ?....no it’s something I get at literally every coffee shop I go to.
Metro has the best coffee and fabulous staff. We love getting coffee on the run here!
