Went through drive through was told to hang on a minute then watched them proceed to take orders from 2 cars in the other lane
it seems to always be a long wait at this McDonald's...lobby was closed and i was the only person in the drive thru this last time and it still was about 10 minutes...otherwise a good experience
I met with a client here a week or so ago. My iced caramel latte was good but the mouths of those employees...not so much. Their language was inappropriate.
The service was alright, but employees need to be more friendly, smile, and say thank you especially when someone says it to you. I used to work for McDonald's back in 1987-1990, we had to smile and say thank you and you're welcome, and have a nice day, evening. Being kind and friendly doesn't cost anything
Use a employee car to Block the 2nd drive through at 1115 on a Saturday then take a order,wait to give it out to the car before they take the next order..31 minutes from when we got in line until we got our food .Definitely not "fast food"..
Waited in line for over 30 mins for us to get up to order and they say that they are closing and redirected us to 11th. They took everyone else’s order in front of us and told us we had to leave after waiting
If you order inside they can't screw up too bad. But I haven't had them get my order right the last 5 times in the drive thru. Either it's miss heard over the mic or we get home and we're missing something. Check your receipts and check your bags before leaving!
Always go to McDonald for our picky eater. They are consistent and good
Went to get food at 1:40am and there were employees outside smoking. We got up to the window and they said sorry we’re closing bc we have no staff.. uhh maybe bc you’ll are outside smoking? All the lights were still on and there were 3 cars at the window paying and getting their food.. very irritating..
McDonald's food will always be McDonald's you can count on that, but the drive thru waiting is just terrible and often times dangerous because some are not so courteous in line.
