My son got a meal and I had a hamburger and drink which cost $19. Inside the restaurant itself was extremely dirty which is a shame because the ladies behind the counter were super friendly.
Update hours, I understand with staffing issues you may have to change your hours but I need the hours to reflect your actually open- close times I was literally 5 minutes late for your early closing at 7pm , so 7:05 pm and your closed even though it says until 10pm. Sad I don’t have a long John’s in my town.
The staff was very nice and food was hot this time... Maybe someone can drop some coupons since you have raised the price 2xs .. thanks
They don't except large bills over $20.00 so don't go in to the restaurant expecting to pay with $50.00 or $100.00 dollar ? bills.
They were out of a lot of things. But what we ate was good
I was so very disappointed eating here. I don't know what has happened to this place. There food used to be good. Now there food is not the same as it used to be. There chicken planks were more like nuggets.But the most troubling was inside was very dirty and there were about 4 girls working there and not a one of them had a hair net on. After I placed my order I waited for my food and watched the employees scrambling around running into each other in such a small space. Then I noticed that some guys had come in the back door and they too were now in the back cooking area. And it looked to me like it was there boyfriends.After waiting for aprox 20 minutes for my food one of the girls bring my order and I start checking to make sure it's all there and I med I noticed items were missing so I told the employee and she proceeded to argue with me about my order. Clearly you could read the menu and see my order and what I was supposed to get, but she wouldn't look at the menu and the wording and see what items I was still owed. It became such a mess and I got upset and left. When I got home I pulled everything out of the bags and was still missing several items .. I will never give them my money again. The employees were disrespectful and rude. Not to mention I paid 40 bucks to not have my order corrected, and the employees didn't care about the customers at all. As I was pulling out of the parking lot I noticed they had all went out the back door where the boyfriends were parked and began to play with a dog in the parking lot.
I was so disappointed in this place. I don't know what happened to it,but it was dirty and the employees were all women with longer hair and not a 1of them had hair nets. There were like my 5 employees just kinda bumping around back there trying to get the orders right next thing you know some of there boyfriends had shown up and just walked in the back door of the kitchen. I even had one employee argue with me over what the menu says. I spent about 45 dollars there and some of the things I ordered wasn't in the bag but I sure paid for them. I know I should have checked everything out before I left. Very unprofessional. And disappointing
Ordered fish and chicken and got only chicken. Live 30 miles away so didn't know til I was already friendly. The gal at the window was super friendly though.
