Good pizza, good employees. Great prices. Just need to pay attention to orders, I got the wrong pizza. Will order again.

The ladies in the kitchen were complaining about another shift with a little room full of people. They were rude and obvious. I couldn't believe it ! The food is OK but very greasy If you actually get what you ordered.

Do not normally order from this store because we don't live in town. I'm a south side of Hutch so we decided to grab a pizza. Called at 12:00 and a guy picked up the phone second ring. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni cuz it look good but I give it a try. He said it'd be ready in 10 minutes. Got stuck in traffic took about 25 minutes to get there went into pick up the pizza and the female (We will call her that because she in no way could be referred to as a lady) said sorry sir we don't have a thin crust. I said I ordered it. She said well maybe you ordered from the other store I said no I spoke to a man who told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. She said I don't have a thin crust. I am the only one here except for him and he's new she asked him if he answered the phone He didn't look at her and he said no. She said you didn't call us sir. I said let me dial the last number on my phone because that's the number I call. I dialed the number while she walked off the phone rang 22 times she never answered it. No one else in the store but me I hung up and dialed it again after about 17 rings she returned to the counter and said what do you want me to do. I said how about answering your phone for starters or response was I can't hear anything back here I'm busy. The only one working was the quote unquote new guy. If I owned an establishment the only way this person would return to work is if they were my wife. My children or any other employee would not treat customers the way she did. PATHETIC!! SIDE NOTE WENT TO THE STORE 4 MI NORTH ASKED IF THEY HAD EVER ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE STORE DOWN THERE SHE SAID I DON'T KNOW IF ANYBODY EVEN GOES THERE BECAUSE ONCE THEY COME HERE AND COMPLAIN THEY SAY THEY'RE NOT GOING BACK ALSO WAS TOLD THAT THEY NEVER ANSWERED THEIR PHONE. I CALLED SIX MORE TIMES AND THE PHONE RANG 22 TIMES EVERY TIME BEFORE IT AUTOMATICALLY HUNG UP. I GREW UP IN DETROIT VERY PROUD OF LITTLE CAESARS PIZZA AND WHAT THE ELITCHES HAVE ACCOMPLISHED THEY WOULD BE APPALLED AND A SHAME AND WOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR STORE BECAUSE THIS FRANCHISEE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR BRAND!!!

Forgotten our Crazy bread multiple times, pizza portal doesnt work 3 out of 5 times I put the code in. An older lady that works the front counter was very rude when I told her I didnt have the code for the portal. All in all not a very good experience.

Honestly bad attitude acted like I was imposing at 8 pm an hour before close, did not answer phones before hand, no gloves whiles making said pizza. Never complain but honestly its ridiculous I can go into further details about said employee but rather not get anyone fired. Work on customer service, I have to do service with a smile it isn’t that hard to accommodate to the public. Appreciate the food just not the service, thank y’all either way.

We placed an online order with this location and was scheduled to pick up in store received an email that it would not fit in the hot box and we’d need to go to the register to pick it up. Prior to arriving to the store the “manager” Melissa had given our food to some one else with out proof of purchase. When we arrived to pick up our food she argued that some one had already picked it up and needed some form of a code in order to do so. Well no one was given a code so we were unable to pick up our order because it had been given out to some one else. She then told me I would have to pay for my food again if I wanted to receive the order I had already paid for when I asked her for my money or my food I had order she then told me to call corporate to get my money back. But then refused to give me corporates number. By far the worst customer service ever. Not to mention she was extremely rude to not only myself but my nephew who had initially come to pick up the food and after refusing to make things right my sister then goes up there to again deal with an argumentative person who had no intentions on correcting their error and I was out of $60 plus dollars for 4 pizza and - 6 pc raw chicken wing. I am still wanting to speak with some one and have yet to receive corporates number even after asking multiple times. Melissa is not fit to be any form of management her customer service skills are very much lacking and you guys should really consider who you hire as the face of your companies it says a lot about you all as a whole. Such as the saying “one bad apple spoils the bunch” this is very much the case. Will definitely be taking my business else where!

Terrible customer service. They don't answer the phone stating the business name or how can I help you. They answer the phone line it's their own personal phone and are less than impressive when you go in to pick up your order. Completely unprofessional and rude.

The young man behind the counter taking orders was jovial, polite, patient with customers who berated him because the store was busy and the customer had to wait. (Like that was his fault?) He had a great deal more patience that I would have!

Last time I got delivery and there was no sauce on our pizza and the cheese with extra cheese had just a few sprinkles of cheese on top and the Italian cheese bread was cold and hardHaven’t been back
