We always enjoy IHOP. Tonight was no exception. The food came quickly and was good. Our server, David S, was great! He was friendly and attentive. Keep up the good work!

We went after the earlier church survive. We had 2 adults and a one year old. We got there about 10:45. We were seated right away with no wait. It was decently busy, but there were lots of empty tables. We knew it was going to take a little longer, we expected this. After we were seated it took 5 minutes before our waitress came over. It happens, we weren’t mad. We got drinks and it was roughly 11:00 before we ordered. Our daughter was hungry and was a little cranky. They seated a person next to us about the time we ordered. They promptly got his order in and he got his food, a to go order, and paid before we got our food. While we waited our 30 minutes our waitress ignored us completely. She didn’t ask if we needed refills (we had almost 2 empty cups), she didn’t update us on our food, didn’t apologize for the wait, didn’t ask if we needed anything. Our daughter started throwing a fit. She is 1 and had been just sitting for 45 minutes at this point. Finally at around 11:30 we got our food. Our waitress said “I’m sorry. Our morning cooks are slow with afternoon food.” We both ordered lunch, but we got our daughter a breakfast plate. Had anybody told us that in our 30 minute wait, we would have been okay. And we could have requested that our daughter’s food came out before ours so that we can begin feeding her. They had multiple to go orders out as we waited. The manager paced around but didn’t acknowledge us or really anybody. After we got our food, our waitress took forever to get our check and didn’t offer a to go box or any refills during our meal. It took another 10 minutes to just pay and leave. They were rude, slow, unprofessional and inconsiderate .

Gluten-free pancakes were tasty. The bacon was crispy enough.

My food and service was great but the arrogant manager berated my server for his pants during service angered me. The poor kid had a cut on his eye I wish would got his name. He was wonderful. Great gluten-free pancakes. Here's my point. What good was it going to do making comments about his pants (which looked fine) in front of guests. Making this poor kid self conscious in the middle of service. Hey he showed up obviously not already having the best day. Be thankful. I'm sorry you have obvious control issues.

Breakfast was good but someone left their shoe behind

David was our waiter, he did great. The food was not great. The prices even less so.

The food and service was great! The New York Cheesecake pancakes were really good.

Dirty, wet fllors by bathroom, slow waitstaff, unappealing syrup bowls, expensive!

I do not like that they will not take orders over the phone. Instead of just taking the order over the phone, they make you go online. You can’t even order eggs by themselves online. They also don’t have notes, or a comment section regarding your order. So you can’t say “no butter”, or “extra syrup” for example. I would say they definitely need to fix their online ordering system if they want it to be easy for guests. The elderly doesn’t know that much about technology to be able to do the online ordering. I don’t see what’s so hard about taking the order over the phone. It’s quicker for the guest, and you can actually tell them in detail what you want. Also, they send you a message that states that you need to tell them when your on the way, but make you download the IHOP app to do so making it even more difficult for the customer, and wasting their time. Isn’t the point of going out to get food is for the convenience? Totally not convenient. They said my order would be ready at 6:06. They sent a message saying they know we’re here, and then sent another message saying their packing up our order. So we waited an extra 20 minutes there waiting for our food. Don’t tell a customer it will be ready at that time if it isn’t. A customer will more then likely get there on time, because they don’t want there food to sit and get cold. Hopefully the food will taste good.
