45 min to get our food. Fried pickles were cold, wings were cold. Didn't even get my cauliflower wings with my side salad. Still waiting at the moment. At this point I'm going to McDonald's
Best part of the experience was our waitress. The food was terrible. Wings had almost no sauce the nachos were supposed to have chicken but it was no where to be found and we were told we must have not ordered it. The kids plates were okay except again little to almost no sauce on the wings and the boneless wings were over cooked. The alcoholic beverage I ordered was sub par and the sodas were pretty flat. The server tried to make it better and did apologize for the terrible food. I don't know what happened to this place but it has gone downhill hard. Thankfully I was able to watch the last 10min of the Avalanche game
If I could give 0 stars I would . We were seated and completely ignored. Not even half capacity full. Would hate to see them really busy . Walked out and went else where.
Don't like it when our orders come out separately. Table of six when 2 people are completely done and 4 others hasn't been served yet so their food was cold
Good food, Good customer service.Lunch time is better than dinner because it isn't nearly as loud. Lots of TV's with different things on.
The service was really good and the food pretty good and came out pretty fast.

Had to send back 2 of the orders we placed 2 times as the buns were as hard as hockey pucks. Then we had to pay full price, which is fine, but there wasn't even an offer of anything. Plus all our food was staggered so we weren't even able to eat together.
So, glad to report, the service is much improved! Maybe it's because we sat at the bartop, but no matter it was night and day. They only had frozen queso at a wing bar, but the long island was off the chain!
First of all our waiter told the hostess he really didn't want to wait on us because he had worked all day.We had to ask for plates napkins and silverware.The fries were hot the wings were cold.Chips with our queso seemed greasy and old.
