Lobby pop machine out of ice. Never filled the 30 minutes we were there. Lots of inappropriate conversations between workers you could hear in lobby.
The chicken cheddar ranch sandwich was so good!!! Chicken was a little too crispy for me, but it's one of the only fast food sandwiches I actually enjoyed. Service was fast as well.
No problems, was fairly quick, clean, and tasted like Arbys.
This is the worst place one can visit or go. Bad staff. Horrible all around
Decided to try the new Wagyu burger tonight, I won't do that again. The burger dry and the garnishment was poor. I'll just stick to the roast beef sandwich from now on. If they would bring back the potato cakes that would certainly be an improvement over the crinkle frys.
If you are out of straws, might be nice to let customers know when they order a large drink and don't tell them they have no straws until after you pay. You have to take lid off to drink and when you remove lid the cups become flimsy and hard to drink while trying to drive. food was fine and as expected an Arby's to be.
CJ is a very good manager! He has turned the whole store around and the crew works way smoother together. Food is always sent out in a timely manner.
A group of 11 of us went to Arby's for lunch. Despite the size of our group and the normal lunch hour busyness, all of our orders were handle promptly - and without error! We were delighted to enjoy Arby's and will be back!
The Reuben sandwich had very little corn beef they were out of roast beef also out of Arby sauce the Minute Maid light drinks were basically water I don’t know what how you can screw up a drink the jalapeño poppers were good fries were stone cold
Went through the drive thru. only to find out no one showed up for work. So they were not open.
