Terrible customer service. It took three tries to get my order in. I assumed the cashier spoke little English. He was, I fact a mumbler that was barely listening.They left the steak quesadilla out of my order, and tried to say the taco WAS the quesadilla. On top of all this, both napkin dispensers were broken, making the napkins impossible to get to.We will not be coming back here.
Ate half of a quesarito and bit down into something. I unwrapped it and found this. How does that even happen? 3/19/22
The man who took our order got everything wrong. 3 burritos for quesodillas. A taco for a burrito. And a Dr pepper for Pepsi. I don't know if it could be any worse
Customer Service they need more Customer Service Training Assistant Manager is very rude I don't know if she was having a bad morning I went thru the Drive thru I was not able to see the Meun broad I just asked her they to clean the plastic cover she told me to leave I would not be Served.
Took 20 minutes to get through the drive through which is excessive. Food was fine, standard Taco Bell quality.
Needs a better service and they need to clean the dine in area better, but the food is good

Went to the drive through had an encounter with a short little white kid maybe 16 years old and he said some choice words to me
