The lady working here (I think she must be the manager the way she was yelling at the other staff) has to be the nastiest, rudest person in the entire food service industry. I went in this Subway about a month ago and just thought she was having a bad day. After today I am pretty sure that is just her personality. Subway execs you need to act on this before you get a lawsuit.
I’ve never had a bad experience with this location until today. The manager “Connie” was yelling at her employees the entire time that we were waiting in line. She was making comments such as “this freaking order” and “this freaking job” and shouting demands to her employees. She also managed to shove my order for the other employee to complete. How does someone so rude and unprofessional land a manager position? Cmon Subway do better! I wasn’t the only customer walking out of there extremely annoyed.
I walked in at 8:35. Immediately the employee says I am not taking any more orders. There was a family of 3 that looked as if they were towards the end with their order. I said I thought you guys closed at 9. The employee responded with “ I have a lot of stuff to do and I am the only one here tonight”I turned around and walked out.The worst service I have had at any restaurant ever …Very disappointed because Subway is my favorite and this particular location has always been great. Unfortunately that is not the case for me anymore. I have worked in food service for years and would never dream of treating a customer that way.
Best Subway sandwich I have ever gotten from any Subway Restaurant.
Nothing too outstanding about it, or necessarily bad about it either. I'm not much of a sandwich fan but I have friends who are. They like the convenience of its location since on that side of town it's this, long John's, or dairy queen. There's pizza hut too but that's not a grab and go kind of place. The place tends to be clean. It's not that it's necessarily dirty but the way it is designed it makes it feel less clean than it probably is. Hard to explain but you'll understand if you go inside.
Was there in sad situation
Although I don’t have an issues with the food this place is ran poorly. There was a long line which I understand when it’s busy but it seems that the manager was standing their on her phone not helping the employees with customers. I am beyond words because the sign says under new management, clearly not responsible ones.
