Used to love popeyes but the last 3 times i had it the food has been stale and the chicken looked old and rebreaded to try to resemble a crispy piece of fried chicken. I dont know if they have new staff or they stopped trying but yikes. Better off going to kfc
Literally the worst food I have ever had! Fries were old and stale, no fork to eat the uncooked macaroni, forgot the 2 extra biscuits (but thank god for that) because the ones that we did receive were so hard they crumbled when you touched them. Bless my daughters heart for attempting to eat it which didn’t end well. Ended with us having to pull over from her literally choking on it! You’ll have better luck going to Freddy’s next door, which isn’t the best either!!
I gotta say, Popeyes and KFC, I really can't just choose which ones better. They're both delicious, have REALLY good chicken, I really don't know. AND THAT'S A GOOD THING, because usually, I choose which ones better, and I can't for this one. Really good chicken guys, keep it up with the awesome work!!
My son loves their chicken sammiches but they always seem to get our order wrong. Just a great disappointment when you're really looking forward to it. Also paid for something we didn't get.
The food is fine but whoever works the drive through needs to have their hearing checked. On one trip, I asked for a kids meal with a leg and they gave me a chicken strip instead. On another visit, I asked for a 2 piece chicken meal, which means actual pieces of chicken, and they gave me strips. Listen to the people ordering.
01/19/22 after 5pm. I was so impressed with how the store was so clean. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Thank each and everyone of you! My chicken was hot, fresh and so delicious! In my opinion, this is the BEST POPEYES EVER! I’ll drive 2 hours back over and over for this place. Above and beyond. THANK YALL SO MUCH!
First thing you notice is how clean the store is. The crew, each one of them, were so friendly and eager to accommodate! The chicken was so fresh and delicious! The staff really turned my otherwise bad day into a wonderful one. THANK YALL so much!!! Because of this crew, I’d happily rate this location the BEST ONE! Much love and know I’ll gladly drive two hours to get my favorite chicken. Y’all made it worth it beyond measure!
Food was good. They forgot one of our entrees and I had to go back to get it. Service is always slow. (Drive thru)
I got a recommendation from my brother to eat here, and it was amazing! I got the chicken nuggets with mashed potatoes. The chicken nuggets were probably the best I've ever had at a restaurant!
So the food was good and all the fries are always iffy when I get them because they're not fresh. Also I went to the window to pay and there was a little girl in back in the kitchen. She looked about 7 years old but I don't think you're supposed to have your kids back there for Liability purposes.
