Environment—4 starsIt is a nice quiet environment. It is a little dark and gloomy, but overall it is a pleasant environment.Customer Service—3.5 starsIf you aren't a regular, you might feel like a bother. They seem to engage well with their regulars and that makes sense. Regulars make up 90% of a local coffee shops business.Quality of the drink—3 starsWhen I was there, they were serving a medium roast and a flavored coffee. Overall, I think the coffee was decent. It was smooth and not bitter, but you couldn't taste any of the notes in the coffee.Prices—2 starsI am a black coffee guy. I find their prices a bit high in comparison to all of the other shops I have tried. I like to get a "for here" coffee and they charge $6 for this—this is a $1.50 more than I have ever paid elsewhere. I opted for a 16 ounce and still paid over $3.My overall experience at Patrick Dugan's wasn't good and wasn't bad. The internet worked well for what I needed, but was discouraged from staying longer.I got a 16 ounce and tried to convert it to an unlimited and they wouldn't do it. That kind of caught me off guard. This left a sour taste in my mouth and will probably lead to me looking elsewhere for my spot.With that being said, here are some final thoughts...*If you are looking for a place to hang out with some friends, it is a good spot. They seem to offer a lot of sweet coffee drinks.*If you are looking for a place to get some work done, it is acceptable.*If you are looking for a good cup of coffee, it is still better than Charbucks.
Great coffee, great staff. Cozy atmosphere. Makes you feel at home the minute you walk in.My go to is the Quad. NOT for the caffeine sensitive, but ohhhh so delicious!
Came by yesterday. I had been driving all day and really needed a pick me up man they delivered. My order was done quickly and was not over sweet and it was mixed properly. Thanks for a great cup of joe.
Was an excellent find! The coffee at my hotel was depressing! Even with a keurig maker and creamer cups in my room!
It is amazing to see how much the coffee shop has grown since the last time I was in town. It's nice to see the community is giving them so much business. The staff we're all friendly & service was quick even with a full house. Can't wait to visit the coffee shop again!
Went to Patrick Dugan's after being disappointed with another establishment. The waitress was amazing. I mean truly amazing. The drinks where great and done right. The cinnamon bun was out of this world. I only get to garden every other week but I know I'll be back at Patrick Dugan's just about everytime I'm here.
Finally got to try this coffee shop for the first time after being here for half a year, and it was a wonderful first impression! The staff was so sweet and considerate to me while I had my 18 month old with me (he doesn’t make things easy usually). The barista gave me a great recommendation she even warned me of the expresso shots they put in it (I can’t handle my caffeine well because of my anxiety so I definitely can’t handle too many) and im in love with it! I would definitely recommend this awesome coffee shop to any coffee lovers
This is one of our hidden gems in downtown Garden City. Great Coffee and great atmosphere. Employees are friendly and courteous. I recommend the Storm Chaser!
Came to.visit the city and found this cool coffee place! Very cozy and comfortable! Very nice people and coffee selection is really good. Had a bfast burrito and a salted caramel mocha. Delicious.
