Very unprofessional. They were out of buns so I couldn’t order any if their sandwiches. They told me after I had ordered that they were out of biscuits. They said it would only take like 3 minutes. So I pulled to the side and waited for 20 minutes. Thinking they forgot about me, I went inside. Nobody seemed to know what to was going on. Finally got my order the Mac was cold and chicken was soggy. This place has been going down for years. Wanted to give it one last shot. Not bothering to go there ever again.
I don't even know where to start honestly. Chicken was not only soggy and cold but the biscuits were harder than a rock. Like an actual rock.I asked for extra drumsticks, I didn't even get a single one in the bucket. Only thing that was good was the coleslaw and I'm pretty sure they don't even make it.Everything seemed old. Honestly seems like they just had leftover food and claimed it was my order.
The worst management. Have been able to dine in recently but went tonight and the doors were locked with NO sign on the door and a guy inside wiping tables and laughed at us outside. Called in and said not enough staff to have dine in. At minimum put a sign on the door.
One of the best places to eat in Garden City and the line in drive thru wrapping around the bldg and to the street will prove that. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend eating there to anyone.
I was told to wait for my mc&cheese order for 10 min, and sure it happens BUT if you ask the customer to wait at the corner and after almost 20 minutes you haven't delivered the order now that is wrong. I had to go inside and they were running out of mc& cheese again! Plus I was sceptical due to the establishment being really dirty. And door not even having a handle.
Last two times we chose to eat here we were disappointed. Order was wrong twice and the food wasn’t fresh. When we tried to get our order corrected it was a mess and still didn’t end up right.
Probably get more business if you opened your doors.
Really unprofessional service again I mean really if you don’t like your job find another one there are plenty out there and the food was horrible they couldn’t even make a drink right if I ever go back I will sit at the window until I get all my food and NO I WILL NOT PULL FORWARD!!! I rate KFC a 0 stars
Omg another location with no lobby access. The handles to every guest entrance were removed. The line to order was wrapped around the building and waiting times were 15 to 20 minutes on average for a Monday! Nope!
