Ordered at 11:15 to have sandwiches ready by twelve. I arrived and clicked I am here. Waited for a while and went in. They informed me they are short staff and I need to use the drive thru. Which is now long because it is lunch time. Didn't even say they would start my order. This place has really gone down hill. I have had issues in the past with orders being wrong or missing things. But this experience was just terrible. If you are that understaff the manager/owner needs to be there working. Or close your doors if there is not enough staff to work.
Google said the place was open. It's open for business but the lobby is closed. Drive thru only. Manager was rude and interrupted me when I asked to speak to the owner about why the lobby was closed.
Sandwich is OK. I usually microwave afterwards due to bread quality. Makes the bread softer to chew.
Great sandwiches!!We love to get their day old bread for homemade mini pizzas!!!
Love love it
Great experience for this North Dakotan
Not bad for and easy quick meal fresh and delicious
While the shop is well maintained and the employees are decent, this shop is rather unpredictable. They get rid of the great employees who are dedicated to the place. However, some of those employees had been there since this place got the entire town sick a few years back. While it hasn't repeated this event, the first and most likely last time I'll eat Jimmy Johns ever I did have an irritable stomach the next day. One good thing is that they rarely have a lot of people show up so you're most likely guranteed fast service.
My sandwhich had a super small amount of tuna, literally a spoonful, so I was just eating what tasted like a lettuce sandwich
