This IHOP is decent and comparable to most IHOP's. This one is near a hotel which brings in more patrons. The overall appearance is clean and hygienic such as the table, utensils and bathroom. The food took a little longer than expected to cook but we ordered a lot. It was all cooked as ordered and hot. Coffee was on point and hot. Service was top notch and worth the tip. They offer child seating chairs for in booth or side of booth also.
I have always had good service at this IHOP till that in I waited as several waiters waitresses walk past me didn't ask me if I needed any help there was plenty of room for seating and I waited for 45 minutes I'm not impressed by all the 17 year olds that was working the only thing they knew how to do was to visit with one another and help their own kind which is nothing but a bunch of Spanish I'm very disappointed by this place. Once I got seated the young man that helped me got my meal out to me and took good care of me and I tipped him well for it. Not sure where the manager was I didn't even ask.
Our server was extremely rude we order a appetizer and we expect it to come before the food my dad told him isn’t the appetizer suppose to be first and he gave us a ugly look and when we got our drink he didn’t know which one was which he just said figure it out like what so rude. I know he new but it doesn’t give him a reason to be rude towards us. He kept coming every 30 seconds asking us if we needed anything else.we just wanted to enjoy our food we got out of there as fast as possible the services was bad. He also was commenting and saying “this is the quietest table I had today” and he wasn’t getting our order right.The food was good that the only thing that went well.
Not only are they out of items like bacon and the smokehouse sausage and the food we received was removed from the fridge before they brought it to the table, there was a roach by the bathroom doors. When I told the manager about this, she casually replied "it's only a beetle." So apparently she has seen it before and still can't tell the difference between a roach and beetle. I think the health department needs to look a little closer at this place.
Food was good!, the only issue was that we had coffee and run out of it, didn't saw the waitress until we received our order!
Clean, food was solid IHOP food, service was non-existent. They whole crew came out and sang another table happy Birthday. That was pretty cool and not common these days. Can't speak on service because our waitress was MIA about 85% of the time.
This place is... something. I have come here very few times but each time something is wrong. I once ordered biscuits and gravy and when the plate arrive and there is no gravy. When we mentioned it to the waitress she proceeded to act like we were crazy for asking for gravy. Just came out today cause a friend invited me. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Got a hamburger. Waiter proceeds to tell me twice that that was what I ordered and my friend and I repeatedly tell him that was in fact not what I ordered. So he tells me, "yeah, you pointed at the crispy buttermilk..." and proceeds to trail off when he checks and sees that what I had pointed at was in fact, a chicken sandwich. Then my friend only received half of her food and it took until we were pretty much done eating and she told the waiter that she got it. Waiter then came and made sure to let us not that THIS time it wasn't his fault. It was the COOKS. Very unprofessional. ?
Can't remmeber the writer's name but he was young and funny. Very unorganized but his personality made up for it and we enjoyed our meal!
Great place, good food, and the staff is usually friendly and helpful. A good option when your group can't agree on what to eat because of the variety the menu offers.
