On 5/29/22 my wife & I went and ordered a whopper meal and we expected a quality burger and we got the worst burger ever the meat was dry with no flavor I don't know if they changed the meat quality or what but don't go to this place bad quality if zero stars where a thing 100% would give it one. Burger King you FAILED ? "EAT WITH A KING NOT A CLOWN" Yeah right at least they don't mess up like this.
All I have to say is horrible service all around including the managers!!!!! I’m still in disbelief of how bad it was never again will I go there instead of trying to make things right the shift manager tells me if you don’t like it don’t come back here?!!!!!
Price gouging, I ordered two sandwiches from the two for $5 menu. And a budget order of fries for 1.29.Should have been 6.30.+ tax got charge almost $9 and they didn't even offer me a receipt
I ordered today for a family of three I asked for extra veggies they charge me did not give me the extra veggies I checked before I left had to go back into the store for extra veggies and staff was laughing at me and said that they might have spit in my food
Not to happy. Order 2 double bacon cheese with only pickles and mustard. Double bacon had one patty had ketchup no mustard no pickles. A whopper with cheese, the whopper had no cheese. After waiting in drive thru after 5 cars. Sent my double bacon cheese burgers back, After they gave them back to me they were the bacon cheese burgers I sent they were cold had ketchup one pickle no mustard. Very unpleased. I saw the ketchup and knew they had just added a patty and pickle. ☹️☹️
everytime the girl works there at night the card machine never works now I am pretty sure shes scared to use it or doesn't want to and it pissed me off because I just got done working a big job and I was hungry and all I had was card
I am a high school and went to BK for some lunch with friends, Andres, the employee delivered GREAT customer service. As a student a lot of restaurants look down on us but we will definitely be returning to this location!
Price was outrageous.Service was slow.Nobody knows how to make a decent Whopper any more
