I left work at 5:40 and takes about 10 minutes from west end of town to get there. Spent 20 minutes waiting in line at the drive thru, was told they were out of curly fries , I said make them crinkle fries. They said okay. then paid but was not given a receipt and then told they were out of crinkle fries and would I want mozzarella sticks instead, I said that was fine. Waited another 6 to 7 minutes and was asked to please pull forward. I pulled forward to a parking stall to give way to customers behind me. Spent another 15 minutes waiting and several cars went through. I figured they forgot me so I went back through the drive thru. Upon reaching the window they looked puzzled as to why I was there and I asked if my order was finally ready. The young man asked for my receipt and I told him I never received one. He then paused and then told me exactly what I ordered and said just a minute which was about 3 minutes later. A young lady opened the window and stuck out a bag and didn’t apologize or say anything for that matter and shut the window. Knowing I had more coming I waited and she opened the window again and just stared at me with a very unhappy face and I asked “ may I have my sandwich’s?”. Again she shut the window and came back a minute later with the second bag with not a single word said and then slammed the window shut!Was the food right, good and all there? Yes , yes it was and good. Let’s face it, you help outright sucks!

It's some really good takeout. Curly fries are amazing and their wraps are great and surprisingly healthy. Would recommend. Service sometimes can take a while at this location however.
Always good food. Service is slower than it used to be, and tend to find missing items more frequently now.
For a person who gets a 30 min min lunch sitting in the drive thru line for over 40 min is joke and it no professional if you ask me
Most time will have a wait but they do a good job making fresh correct food. Always friendly people. When the lobby is open it’s clean and very taken care of.
Service was slow. Food presentation was sloppy. Turn overs looked like a 4 year old iced them. Drive thru was a crawl. There was a wait between cars to order with only three cars in line (one at window, ordering, and behind 2nd car). There was also a wait at window. Food tasted a little greasy.

My work keeps me on the road quite a bit. I'm not looking for five star hotels but I am looking for good rates, clean and a professional, friendly staff. This place offers all of the above and then some. Will definitely stay here on future trips.
When we go to Garden City I like going to Arby's the Resrurant is always clean Service the employees love taking care of their customers.
