Slightly disappointed, it took forever and there was only one customer inside but they had us pull over and we had to wait almost 10 minutes. I pulled out and realized there were no tortillas for the taco salad so then I had to fight the traffic to go back around and get the chips. As I was leaving again I tried a fry and it was Soooo Salty and luke warm but I needed to get home. When I got home I was in for more disappointment with the chili. My daughter got the taco salad but didn't want the chili so since I wasn't eating the limp cold fries I tried the chili. I realized right away they had cooked a burger and chopped it up in huge chunks and just dumped it in. I called the store and spoke to Thomas and he took my name so I can stop back in at my convenience to get fresh fries and a taco salad. He was kind, courteous, and apologetic so that's why I gave them 3 stars. I hope they find respect in themselves and realize how lucky they are for having a job that pays 10$+ a hour for very little effort. I used to work for $3.35 an hour and had to do back breaking work making homemade onion rings from scratch, grilling the food, cooking in the fryer, and running both registers at the same time compared to just standing there having the food handed to you so you can hand it to the customer.
Went to Wendys for breakfast. Ordered the chicken biscuit, when I got home I noticed it was so burnt and smelled like old oil it was not edible. I tried, 1 bite = upset stomach the rest of the day.
Did a curbside order which according to the manager they do not do anymore even though it still shows on their website. Food was cold and the Manager on duty was way beyond rude. I get it we all have bad days but come on.
Wendy's was the best I had a big deal for the five dollars meal the fries we ? and good.
Took my nephew and he got a kids meal with a chocolate frosty. He was in Heaven. I had the bacon, cheddar potato and loved it. Place was very clean. Friendly.
Our order was totally wrong and messed up for a second visit straight. Cashier seemed totally lost and confused.
Every time we do mobile order in the evening when we pull up to the window they give us the frostys and ask us to pull forward to wait. Regardless if anyone is behind us. And we end up waiting about 15 minutes. This has happened on several occasions. First couple of times we thought they were just short staffed and when it happened a third time I decided when we end up having to get a fast late dinner it won't be there anymore :(
Got thier sausage egg & cheese bisket and i wont get it again. Greasy and nasty tasting.
Not good. The worker at the register had a mess all over the counter, receipts, french fries etc.. It appeared as though they put the least competent employee in the front to deal with customers. Restaurant was dirty, no ice in soda machine. Was not impressed at all eating at this location.
Terrible service at the drive thru. I was the only customer at the drive thru and this rude lady or manager wanted me to pull up from the pick up window and wait for my order by the front of the building. Like I said no other cars behind whatsoever and it is 920pm. Why can't I wait for my order at the pickup window? Craziness ?
