If a customer requests that you refrain from frying a flatbread shell when ordering a chalupa, how is that any different than asking you to hold the tomatoes on a taco? A customer would really appreciate a simple accommodation instead of being told no, we can’t do that.
This location is fast and friendly. As a vegan, I wish they understood what I mean when I say 'fresco style'. The staff is better about their customer engagement than most other fast-food places I frequent. Portions might be a little bit more generous here than other TBs and I like that.
Showed up just before 9pm. I bought the double steak grilled cheese box. With out the double steak grilled cheese. Just came with soft tacos. I was home before i noticed they forgot it so I called to let them know. The lady who answered hung up before saying anything.
Hey if we shop here can we get a complimentary two or three taco slips per visit. Almost every time my family or I get food through the drive thru there’s a missing item and or several items are not full/hefty. I believe in you get what you pay for and most of the time we don’t get what we paid for. I love Taco Bell! Not this one tho. Send help to our neighborhood fast food joint.P.s Bring back the double decker
I usually enjoy the bell, however this particular day at this location it was rough I had a bad stomach for the rest of the day
Worse place ever, the night time drive thru cashier is the most rudest person I have ever seen, we order some Doritos loco tacos in a meal, 3 beef burritos, and another 1 dozen of tacos, they gave us the total of $21.81 so we continue to the window to pay and the cashier told us is $43.50, I respectfully disagree and told no is not you told me $21.8, her answered was that's not the right amount and if you want to eat you are going to have to pay the $45. I asked her to talk to the manager, she said that she was the manager, so I told her, well as a manager you should know you are wrong, because the order is right, the monitor, gave me the total and that's the amount I'm paying not a penny more, well by then there was more people on line and I was holding the line waiting for the manager, Needless to say my attitude changed completely, 10 minutes later the real manager came and we explained what happened and she agreed we were correct and apologized for the cashier behaviour. So at the end they not just lost this customer, they lost the entire family of 8 customers. Never eat there
Well, if you need a cheap bite, this place is alright. The parking lot is honestly is pretty awful, though that isn't exactly their fault. I've had lukewarm experiences with this place. Not awful, not fantastic. Taco Bell's are Taco Bell's.
Even though the dining area was closed, I got my food quickly. Good service overall.

Got HALF of my order. 8 crunchy tacos sounds nothing like 2! EVERY time I go to that location the order is WRONG WRONG WRONG
