The young lady on duty (Emily) had only one very new person to help her while being overrun with mobile, drive through, and lobby orders. Even with all that stress she kept her cool and remained polite with her coworker and customers. Please help her be recognized as the valuable asset that she is.

Hungry for a huge Subway. They've got several different breads lots of choices in meats fresh fixing. Have it toasted melted cheese fresh ham or chicken or meatballs tuna pepperoni Black forest ham.Always so good and fast.In a hurry, this is the place fast friendly and good eats.

The customer service in Derby was amazing! Plus the store looked amazing! Only thing is to keep close eyes on veggies. The employee just got there and had to change out several veggies because they looked terrible.

ordered no contact delivery they didnt give me the drinks and when i called they told me i could come and pick them up so yeah screw me for paying a delivery fee and them messing up the order they said they would call me back when they figure somthing out i made things simple i want the drinks removed from the charge or delivered

No problem with the food and quality of food.. But this location is notorious for being slow in the drive thru during lunch hours... Would be better off they added another person during busy times...

No cheese on salad; no lettuce on subs and food tasted funny. Food poisoning was had by all. These were all veggies and no meat.

Friendly staff great sandwiche !!

Italian extra meat. Lots of vegies Always good days later

Management and employees here must be poorly trained. All four of our sandwiches had something wrong with them.

On January 30, i went through the drive-through at this location about 10 minutes till close after a long 15-hour day. I tried to place my order for chicken teriyaki, I want to hear if they were out of chicken. So on the kiosk at the drive-through I went ahead and placed an order for a different sandwich. The display showed me an order number, and I pulled forward to the window. Where I sat patiently for 15 minutes. And then since no one has ever come to the window, I honked my horn to inquire how much longer it was going to be. The person working did not look up did not respond. I honked my horn again. Same thing. I honked my horn a third time and held it a moment longer In the hope of getting his attention. Same thing. I then drove around to look at the drive-through kiosk As I thought I might be able to get his attention that way, but it was now closed down. So I pulled back around to the drive-through window and honked my horn twice still trying to get his attention. No response. At this time the lights in the store went out and it was clear they were closed and leaving. I then drove around the building to the other side to see the lone employee climb into a car. I pulled up beside the car and chirped my horn again. Neither he nor the driver looked at me or responded in anyway. I honked my horn again and held it for a second making it clear that I would like to speak with him. No response and they drove away. I went to another restaurant And purchase food there.I notified corporate that night through the Internet about the series of events and my obvious frustration with being completely ignored. I received a response by email the following Monday from Cassidy Sipult. She was going to follow up with the store manager. I never heard from the store manager, and follow up emails and in this regard to Cassidy were likewise ignored. This location and Subway as a company has made it clear that a customer who went from more than patient to frustrated at being ignored for 20 minutes is not worthy of a response.Subway as a whole has lost my business. Which is a shame, because it was one of my family‘s favorite chains.
