Although I had to wait 6ish minutes longer than my estimated wait time (and I do understand it is an estimate, so it isn't a guarantee) my experience this morning was great! All of the employees were working together, calling out orders that were ready, assisting customers that came up/asked questions and still managed to be professional despite being extremely busy!
Ordered a chai tea latte, with half and half, and two pumps of cinnamon dulce. There was no cinnamon dulce in it, which we paid extra for, and basically it just tasted like half and half with ice. Was the worst drink I've ever gotten from there.
Waited a long time in drive thru line and once I recieved my two grande caramel frappuccino it had no flavor very disappointed

Come on Derby, get it together. I know there have been cars wrapped around the building to get a coffee at times, but that wasn’t the case when I placed my order. There was plenty of time to make my daughters hot chocolate and my Vanilla tall latte with no foam. That white fluffy stuff is foam, it takes up about a 1/4 inch in your cup or more and has no flavor. It’s a preference just like those asking for whip cream or extra vanilla. I’m asking for nothing, just scoop it out with a spoon and fill my cup up to the top. This was actually the third one they made today and still not right. They simply told me, “that’s what it looks like with no foam.” No it’s not but I didn’t want to overwhelm the staff with my order. So I left.
All of your employees at this location need a raise! They’re all great. One man in particular with luscious wavy brown hair who always remembers my name(I need to ask him his!) and calls me sugar ❤️ he makes my mornings better! My drink is always perfect!
I have been absolutely disappointed in the quality of the drinks made at this Starbucks in the last two months, especially with the hot expresso drinks. I fine myself annoyed with the low quality of the drinks. Often at this Starbucks the taste of the drinks I order is inconsistent each time I order them. When I order from other Starbucks in the Wichita area I never have this problem but it always seems to be an issue here. This Starbucks drinks just never seem to taste the same as all the other Starbucks in this area. At this time I do not plan on returning or recommending this Starbucks in particular to others.
2nd time I have received a drink with no flavoring in it. Today irish cream cold brew. Straight black coffee no irish syrup in it. No time to go back to fix. Expensive for not getting what you want.
Employees speaking about how much they hate their job to the customers… and very very filthy. The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in quite some time. Forgot/lost my order as I ordered in cafe. I love going to Starbucks but won’t be going to the derby Starbucks again
I'm sorry I am not a fan. But many are and those whom are will enjoy this same thing different day no I don't have that one ingredient kinda overpriced thing if your in a big hurry there's another right across a parking lot inside target you are welcome.
