The lady who brought out our food seemed like she was scared to get closer to the window. I had to really reach out to grab the drinks and food. We got 2 chili cheese coneys and they were served straight up and down in the bag. So there was a huge mess with cheese and chili. We also didn’t get enough straws for our drinks. The drinks were good but the food tasted nasty. I’ve had these items at other sonics and there was something off with all our hotdogs. The pretzels tasted OK.
3 of the stalls are broken, and one of them has been broken for MONTHS without any repair or a sign being posted. Waited 5 minutes for someone to take the order, and when they started, someone else's order was on our screen, and they spoke to us as if it was the other person still. It took average time to get the food(for Sonic, at least), and the food is always mediocre at best. The time previous to this visit, I ordered a Cherry Dr. Pepper that had so much syrup that I couldn't taste anything else. It was disgusting.
Fast fresh friendly and they got the order right sauces included and we came late at night an hour before close so this was a nice experience ? keep it up sonic team @derby location a good work ethic will get you guys far and it shows in the food you push out !!!
Order here all the time. But tonight was horrible. I sent my daughter after placing order and paying online. She pulled into a stall and tried to let them know she was there. Only to find out not only is the stall she is in not working, but the wifi is down. After waiting 20mins she went inside to let them know she was there. Only to be greeted with rudeness, stating we were not the only ones waiting. That other's had been waiting 30mins. She was only trying to let them know that she was trying to check in. I told her just to leave, At this point I just want my money refunded.
Absolutely wonderful place! They got everything exactly correct and it was incredibly fast! The carhop was lovely and courteous as well :) ♥️
There is a carhop there that is super cute. I think his name is Mike. Also it's a really good place to eat
Great drinks and fast service. Happy hour is from 2-4 with half off drinks.
The order panels always seem broken. Forgot some of my food. Everything that goes into the fryer tastes like french toast or something. Not great.
Good food, can't get order right, no healthy options.
Had to repeat my order 4 times into the speaker. Even then, despite the screen being correct they still messed up the order.Car hop was very abrupt, essentially throwing food at me and left as fast as he could not even letting me verify the order.Not acceptable.
