Had to run down to Derby for work. Saw Schlotzsky's had put a new shop in. Stopped in was greeted by Rose. friendly and professional. She took my order and made sure I got what I needed. Sandwich was "AWESOME" that famous crunchy sourdough fresh bread. I did not get the shorter Hispanic gentleman's name. But he made my sandwich and knocked it out of the park! Well done front staff and line crew. Go see them craving a well made sandwich. I am glad I did!
Their sandwiches are alright, but their bread is so spongy. It’s like styrofoam. I tried two different sandwiches, which probably would have been pretty good, but I just couldn’t get pass their foamy bread. I couldn’t eat it. It was very unappetizing.
It's truly a shame the service industry has declined so much. I'm sitting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes...and counting. No one has even come to the window to greet me, take my money.. nothing. I can see 2 workers inside, one wearing a headset and the other I assume is cooking. They are talking, laughing, and even replacing register tape. I see why no one is here. 30 minutes in a drive-thru and my food is cold completely unacceptable!
Always a great sandwich, but prices always seem just a little higher than they should be for fast food.
First time ordering here, service was great, however the food? It. Was. Amazing. I'm a huge fan of loaded potato soup and they did not disappoint at all. Thank you so much!! ??
The food and service were excellent. But this is the 2nd time I've eaten here & it was very dirty. We were the only 2 people inside. There were 2 cars in the drive-thru. The tables were all dirty, as was the restroom. I am truly hoping that improves with time.
This was our first time, it was absolutely delicious! Everything was very fresh, cooked perfectly and well put together. Without a doubt this place will be a new family favorite!
The Derby Ks store refuses to add pickles says they don't train their employees to add them unless ut is requested. There is no place to request it on the app.Now suddenly they are refusing to do curbside pick up to spite doing it since they opwn ut because they don't offer it according to their GM.In all the times we have come here the orders are NEVER correct. Employees rude. Worst store ever!!
Doors were locked at 6:00 p.m. Lights were on, workers and manager inside. The female manager unlocked the door and said she had it locked because the wind kept blowing it open. There was one lady came in behind us.While we were waiting on our food, 2 ladies came to the door and I opened the door for them. They ordered and got their food. A man came to the door and the individual lady let him in. He was upset because manager told him they were closed at 6:30 p.m. and the time on the door said the lobby closes at 8:00 p.m. which is not what she told us. She did not offer an apology or have a hand written note on the door to say they were closing early. Our sourdough sandwich bread was dry and the top crust was coming off. The fillings were not the same as usual, and we didn't receive a pickle spear like normal. The rubber mat by the drink fountain was wadded up on the floor. A trash can door was left open, and she was doing chores of cleaning up to close. Plus we are seniors and didn't get a discount. This was bad all the way around. For the customers that managed to get in the door, it seemed very strange and very unprofessional.
We just stopped in at 6:30 pm to grab some dinner. The doors are locked despite the sign on the door saying indoor dining was open till 8. There were multiple staff inside. No one came over to the door even though they looked right at us. Other people were inside eating. Someone left so we stepped inside and asked a worker why the door was locked. She said they close at 8. We said it is only 6:30...she just looked at us. Horrible customer service. Will drive to Wichita location from now on!!!
