If you don't visit this place during the day, beware that the Papa John's sign doesn't light up at night. Also, there is typically an epic wait time associated with this location. The pizza is what you'd expect from PJ's, but it will take you forever to get it (regardless of whether it's carryout or delivery). The employees are nice, but it's fast food that isn't remotely fast.
pizza was prepared in a timely fashion, but it took our delivery driver 45 minutes to deliver. Pizza arrived cold. when I attempted to call the store, I was told that there was a glitch in the system and that my pizza had been freshly made. I can understand poor delivery time, but I cannot abide with businesses not trying to make it right. Tatiana is the person I dealt with on the phone who blatantly lied to me.
Ordered delivery, two pizzas and two sides and was given a delivery window of 120-130 min.....thought it was a glitch in the app and called 40 min after ordering and was told they hadn't started it yet, so I cancelled and took my business elsewhere.
It's been a while since I have eaten at Papa John's. It used to be hands down my favorite. That said, there was pizazz missing. Can't say what it is exactly but things just aren't like the good ol' days. Eat it... Yea. Favorite... Not anymore.
When I arrived the whole crew went out to smoke a cigarette and left one person inside to deal with all the orders

Hope you don't expect your order to be ready when they say. Was told order would be another 10-12 minutes after scheduled pick up time. It is more than obvious the employees do not care about customer service. And reading other reviews, management must not care either
Pizza wasn't ready for 15 minutes after app said itt was. Employees wanted to be somewhere else not at work. Food not as good as Tulsa Papa John's Ugh... Not Cool
Food was ok, price was ok
After placing my order online I drove to Papa John's to pick up my pizza on my way home. My online order said it was ready. I was told my food would be ready in another 10 min. It had already been 45 min since I had placed my order. After 10 min I was told it wouldn't be ready for another 6 min. After an hour and 15 min after placing my order I left without any pizza. During this time I noticed the manager at the cash register, then going directly to the pizza dough and working the dough, putting sauce and cheese on it, then wiping his hands with a dry paper towel, and coming back to the cash register. Then he went back to the pizza dough again without washing his hands. Terrible management and service. I won't be returning.
