Went to Panera on 1500 Rock rd and had Joan as my server. She was really rude. Talked down to other staff and was cussing. Everyone seemed on edge and upset around her. I highly recommend NOT going here if she works there. I work in customer service and I was shocked by this behavior. She was short with me and just had a sour attitude. Definitely not what I’ve experienced in the past. I don’t think I’ll be going to that location or any she’s at ever again. ?

It took 10 minutes for an employee to come take our order even though there was no one in front of us. We ordered two salads and it took another 40 minutes to get the salads. There were no apologies or explanations of why it took so long .The Cobb salad that we ordered was poorly prepared and the dressing was in one specific spot of the salad. Very poor customer service.

I have to start by saying I love Panera. Tonight's experience was very disappointing. Ordered the pick 2. Asked for salad & pizza. It says online that pizza has been added to the pick 2. The drive thru informed us pizza was not an option for the pick 2. We told the girl at the window that the app said you could now get pizza on the pick 2. She just shrugged and said ok and that was the end of that. So I got grilled cheese. This is how I received my grill cheese (see photo). Come on Panera, you can do better.

Ordered a Classic Grilled Cheese that was not toasted at all. Literally looked and felt like it was two pieces of bread with cheese that got warmed up in a microwave. Very disappointing.

The food is always delicious and the service friendly.

I love this Panera! Great customer service.

Restaurant was too busy for their short staff. I felt bad. They didn't have enough crew to keep the floors clean, the men's restroom was hardly usable, stall not clean, paper towel roll just placed on top of the broken machine, nobody greeted me upon entry and took 10 mins to get my order in for a cup of coffee. Decided not to get food and just waited until our meeting was over and went somewhere else that doesn't have over priced hospital food.

Horrible experience here tonight. Went through the drive through and they forgot a sandwich from the order. Called and was told to come back and they'd have it ready. Got there and the manager was nowhere to be found. Took almost 15 minutes to get the sandwich I had already paid for. Finally the manager returned from the restroom and jumped in helping make orders without using gloves. She was too busy to offer any apology. Finally after getting my order, had cold, watery Mac and cheese and a sandwich that had been made long before. Incompetent leader in this establishment. My family will never be back, especially since we have both McAlister's and Schlotzky's near by.

Always good, and reasonably healthy soup and sandwich combos.

Free coffee?!? What nurse can say no to that.
