Best ran panda I’ve ever been to. Less than half full building with three people in front of us, in and out in less than five minutes with two meals. 10/10 speedy and pleasant
Beware the “free entree” lie you get on your receipt. They actually only take a dollar off your extra entree order so you end up spending way more than you would have otherwise.Good food though. Just sketchy business tactics.not a fan of businesses that lie to make money.
They are always so busy, which I think is a good sign, but they quick and efficient. I've never had a bad bite of food there, and the employees are friendly and so kind.
Saturday 530pm order was ready right on time. I went it direct to the pick up table and it was there waiting for me. It was all still hot too.
Ordered online and waited the time it said to wait. Go in and somehow my receipt was in the trash can 15 feet from the printer so it did not accidentally fall in there. Said it would be another ten min. Come back in ten min later and still waited 10 to 15 min because they were focusing the people ordering food at the time and not the order that was forgotten about. It would also be helpful if one of the people working would take 3 min to wipe off tables so the customers that were there eating wouldn't have to do it
My family and I ordered online on 2/3. I understand there was a lot of snow on the ground and no one wanted to be at work but the food was disgusting. They didn’t fulfill part of our order. The rice has solid, hard chunks in it, the sting bean chicken, if that’s what you want to call it, was so hard and crunchy we couldn’t even tell what the burnt junk was. It was not worth the drive or money. This isn’t the first time the food has been mediocre. Wont be visiting anymore.
I wish I could say I ate their food, but at 8pm they didn’t appear to have any. My husband and I stood there for 10 minutes and not one person behind the counter (3 of them) acknowledged us in any way or took our order. They were outwardly ignoring us. Another couple came in behind us took notice of the same, and walked out. We also walked out. Complete joke.
Very disappointed in the Derby, ks store. They close at 9. Go in at 8:20 and they don't have enough orange chicken. Won't make more because the kitchen closes at 8:30. Mind you it is only 8:25 when I leave the store.

Today I experienced very unprofessional customer service. As I was getting severed by Jessica I asked for a little more of orange chicken because she gave me very little and I politely asked for more and she paused for a second contemplating whether she should give me more then proceeded to role her eyes at me and huff and served me orange chicken separately as a side which I didn’t ask for and also wanted to charge me for an extra side. When she easily could’ve gave me one little scoop of orange chicken like I asked for respectfully. This is not the first time I’ve had an encounter with her she’s always rude and it maybe because she hates her job but as a worker who deals with people all day she needs to control her attitude and not take the negativity to work and act like she at least likes her job.
