Food has always been cold never gotten hot food from this McDonald's and it is always wrong and even if the take order right they make it wrong ?
Everytime I come to this location you guys mess up my order EVERY DAMN TIME. Always cold and old. I have worked in fast food as a manager and this place IS NOT BEING RUNNED RIGHT AT ALL. If I could give zero stars I would and every time I come through drive thru the workers act like they hate their lives and or rude.
Place was locked up. I was going back to my car & tripped & fell on my face front down on cement. It was due to the way the building was built. I had to go to ER(Wesley). I will never go back to that place.
The Manger Alyssa should be Fired you could hear her yelling at an employee from the across the restaurant, I believe she was yelling a Shawna but I was afraid Shawna was going to break down. Never come here unless you want hear an employee be yelled at by Alyssa
Friendly staff member took my order but on multiple occasions I have witnessed staff leaders arguing with employees.Nothing wrong with food but atmosphere could use some cleansing.
Asked for a burger with no salt due to a medical issue and they were so kind and accommodating.
No mask Sunday night around 9:30 pm. I could see inside the kitchen and none of them had mask. Only the person taking orders at the drive thru window so I only felt safe getting drinks.
Not a fan of getting drinks at this location. Many times, I've asked for an unsweet tea, they rang up an unsweet tea, and I was given a sweet tea. I stopped going to this location for a few months and went back tonight. I asked for a dr pepper, they rang up a dr pepper, and I was given a pepsi. Your better bet is to go to the location on K15
MacDs never lets me down
This location does the best on not messing up orders and not taking forever
