I seem to always have issues with this McDonald’s. I try to give them chance after chance but how many times do I have to find hair in my food or wait at the window and ask for something I already paid for because they forgot it and then I have to pull up and wait 10 minutes for 1 iced coffee. Also the older lady who usually works drive through is always rude to me and has cussed toward me bc I didn’t tell her about my coupon until I got to the window.
We ordered our food and took our own payment and wiped off the table we wanted to use and threw away our own trash when we were done.For all that, we paid the same price as someone who ordered at the register. Seems like we should get a discount for saving McDonald all that money for our free labor…The food was good though…. When the fries are hot and crispy…. Otherwise it’s not worth stopping by.
Food and employees were good.The ladies bathroom is one of the most nasty I've ever been in. Waited for the stall, an employee came out, knowing how dirty it was and never came back to clean it up. Nasty trash all over the floor in the corners. The problem is no garbage cans in the stalls.However the employee should have seen to it.
Absolutely the worst service !!!!Went inside and ordered our food - three adult meals and two happy meals - waited 40 minutes and still no food ! They were too busy taking food to the drive through. We told them we wanted our money back -Not good customer service at all ….
Service was a little slow as they were short staffed. Staff was very good.
They're usually very nice. I was in the line for 7 or 8 minutes to pick up a doordash order. When I finally got to the window, they told me to pull up and I asked how long the wait would be. After asking the people in the back, the cashier came back and said less than 3 minutes so I obliged. I've now been pulled up for 6 minutes, and haven't seen or heard from absolutely anyone. I get y'all are a little busy, but if it's gonna be a long wait, at least be up front about it.Update! After 20inutes I went back around to the window. All she said when handing me the bag, which was ready on the counter and not even warm anymore, was "oh sorry we're busy". Ridiculous
Went through the drive through. Used a code on the mobile app. Got so much attitude trying to order from the person taking my order. To then get to the window to pick my food up. Tried to give me the wrong drink. And when we asked to get the right one. They gave so much attitude for me to pull around and then they came out to tell me they no longer had me drink. I'm not pleased with the service all around here!!
I ordered three fountain drinks inside at the order kiosk. The dining room was slow and had plenty of seating available. I ended up waiting almost 10 minutes before someone finally came over and *asked* me what I ordered, as if it wasn’t listed for them on their que. The service was slow, impersonal and unprofessional. Yes, it’s McDonald’s, but that doesn’t mean I should have to compromise on my standard of service.
The Mcdouble was half made like it was just thrown together messy as heck same with the McChicken sandwich it will be a while before I go i to that one
Waited too long in the drive thru. Ended up leaving before I got to the first window.
