A very underwhelming food experience. I ordered the Chipotle Enchilada meal. The enchiladas were just very bland. When I hear Chipotle, I'm thinking spices, peppers FLAVOR! The description said these were shredded chicken enchiladas but it was just semi-shredded large chunks of chewy, dry meat.1 star for nice restaurant. 1 star for fresh ingredients.Throw some FLAVOR in there!
I asked for ground beef in my meal and received shredded beef that was burned to a crisp. After being told they couldn't make my entree with ground beef (after order was placed and food was brought out), I asked if they could replace them with shredded beef that wasn't fried black. The waitress came back and said they were going to go ahead and just make them with chicken. Okay... I received two new flautas and asked for a box to take them home. We got our bill and realized we were charged for the replacement flautas. I asked the waitress about it and she said she would have the manager remove the charge. She came back and said that they had to charge us for the non-burned food. Also, they initially forgot to bring sour cream out with my wife's meal. We were charged for additional sour cream as well.
Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes and never even got drinks. The people who got there after us had drinks and orders taken also. The time before when we went there we got 4 out of the 5 meals we ordered and it took almost another hour to get the 5th meal. Things have went downhill over the last year! Used to be a great place to eat now service is horrible won't be back!

Ordered queso and was given a tiny 2 or 3 ounce salad dressing container with my queso in it. When I got home and called about my situation to get it fixed the manager told me that the amount of queso I received is the size they have always served queso in which is in fact a flat out lie since I've been going there for years and have never ordered a queso appetizer and received a few bites worth. Extremely disappointed.
Went there for my grandsons birthday !! Very nice atmosphere. They were a little busy at the time we were there but didn't have a long wait. Service was excellent dissipate being a little short staffed. Food was nice and hot and delicious. Ordered a Long Island Tea one of the best I have tasted and my salad was a delicious ice cold ????? fantastic. Some restaurant's don't match this at all. Can't wait to go again and try out other food and drink .
Place has gone downhill. Upon arrival hostess asked how many we said 4, she replied I’ll see if we have any tables. After 10 min same girl ask what we were waiting for. I told her a table for 4. She finally sat us at a table. Nobody came to our table for 10 min. I went to the front where the girl was standing and asked if we could get drinks. She said “our servers are backed up”. I said all I want is at least a drink. She said” maybe if you had more respect and patience”. I’m not sure why she couldn’t fill drinks if her coworkers were backed up. She obviously had free time if she was at the front laughing and talking. We ended up just leaving. Won’t be back. I understand places are short handed I knew It would be a little bit, I just wanted at least a drinks for my family. 3-13-22 at 7:30pm
Ordered the quesabirria tacos.. OMG so good. Meat just melts in your mouth. Best ever
Delicious food. The salsa was 1 degree or 2 hotter than I'm used to, but I persevered! I had the number 14 lunch special. I will return to try more items.
Food was pretty good. Service was not good. Watched our waiter take chips served to a different table that had left, put them on the bar, then pick them up and try to serve them to us. When we called him on it, he got hateful. Not cool!
