2 times in last month didn’t get sauce for chicken!! Service sucks. Will not be back
Food was good. Little short fat guy taking orders attitude really sucks. Say good day to him, he just looks at you.
Your crew at the Derby Kansas store is top notch. They were friendly and our food came out fast and hot.
Took a long time to get my meal, but it was fresh and hot, nice bunch of teens were there and kept me company while I ate my meal.

Always good .The drive thru always full.But service fairly fast if willing to wait.Chicken doesn't drip grease &keeps a nice crisp skin. Take out three piece chicken meals the best deal,you get more food that way.
Probably good not sure . It was drive thru only so left with out ordering. Dining in at KFC would of been way better . Just my opinion by time I had gotten home all the food would of been cold and uhmm yuck on reheating in microwave. Wanted to eat at that time not an hour later which is how long it took . So we went somewhere else.

The drive through service was excellent tonight. I was afraid they misunderstood over the speaker but had it all correct at the window.
