Probably & arguably, in the top 3 burger fast food franchises in town!
Order 3 combos spent $50 and half the meal is unedible the fries were so cold, over salted ,and so Oily ? do better
Food took over 25 minutes they ran out of lids for the medium drinks completely. When a line formed at the counter of people looking for their food the manager complained that she only had three people on the clock. A year later we gave it another try place was empty and took just over 20 minutes. The food was fresh and hot so that is a plus and helps understand some of the wait.
Burger was extremely messy. Looked thrown together and mashed.
Decent service, good burger, very hot and fresh French fries. If they would bring back the 3 way Bacon Burger, they could earn that 5th star!
Lobby was closed due to no help, but helped me through the drive thru while I was on foot
We went in for lunch and order our meals with curley fries only to be told they were out. They didn’t say anything to us other than we are out. No apologies for the manager not being able to order a truck properly. So we ordered onions rings and when we got them you could tell they had thawed out and been refrozen because one of the rings was like 6 melted together. Very nasty and over cooked as well. Then we had to come to the counter to get the food but everyone else after us had their food delivered to their tables but the staff. Very unprofessional.
They are not professional when talking to customers when they are out of things. They serve thawed out refrozen food
Well tried calling 3 times to let them know they forgot food that we paid for and that was coming back to get it. No one answered the phone all three times. This isn't the first time we have had a issue with this location.
Great service, the food was hot and tasty. I would recommend this place.
