I like the coffee and the egg wraps. I know I don't always have the easiest orders and they do a really good job with the accuracy.
We needed munchkins for my great granddaughter. I needed 2 blueberry donuts and some milk. All of it was very good.
Went to Duncan Donuts in Derby and when I got home had all 4 of our chocolate long Johns sandwich together. Called to recommend they put long Johns in a small box at which time I was told they are not allowed to do that, that we the customer must request for them to do it they are not allowed to make that decision for themselves. As a paying customer I should not have to request they package donuts correctly; common sense should tell anyone with all the frosting they should be package laying flat.
Associate Kenny was awesome. I bought my 3 kids in today they range from 14 to 6 years of age. And he interacted with them asking what kind of donuts they wanted and didn't rush them.
I live in the area, so I had been getting my morning coffee from you every morning. After several weeks of having issues with the coffee, I stopped going all together and began going to the Central and Rock location. After a month, I decided to try your location again and my coffee tasted like chemicals. I'm very disappointed in your Derby location.
Wow. Walked in to get a breakfast sandwich. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before any of the 6 employees acknowledged my presence. I finally asked girl with dark hair and piercings in her nose if anyone was handling inside orders. She said someone will help you in a minute, and gave me a sneer. Then after a couple of minutes, took my order herself. I ordered an egg and cheese with no cheese. Waited about 3 or 4 minutes. Got out to my car. Theres cheese on my sandwich. Came back in. Three girls are working 3 feet in front of me. None of them acknowledge my presence. I stand there for a couple minutes before i loudly ask for my money back. The dark haired girl snatches up the bag, sneers, and says to me i didnt ask for no cheese. Sooo, im lactose intolerant. I "have" to ask for no cheese....So we argue in front of a dad and his kid. No one intervenes. I surely hope this young lady isnt the shift lead, or worse...a manager. They were busy i get it. How hard is it to turn while youre walking by and say something to a customer no matter how long theyve been standing there.
I think you could do better on actually icing the donuts. This is why we prefer Derby Donuts
Coffee is spectacular. Donuts are to die for!!!? Unfortunately your food suuuuucks! Small portions. Horrible tasting and too expensive. Staff is really nice!???
Can I tip on drive thru orders?Donuts for the kids almost every weekend. Always has been great. Coffee is great as well. I think it's a good value.
The ladies this morning at the Derby, ks Dunkin doughnuts are so understanding and a blessing. My iced latte was wonderful and try the chocolate croissants they are delicious fresh out of the oven yumminess. Made my entire day!??❤
