It's not hard to read instructions, yet they can't seem to get order right.
Very well mannered staff gentleman handled my order with class and professionalism over the phone made me feel good with my choice if the owner manger sees this my order was placed at 5:23 pm on February 22 order name was Alexis just want that employee to get recognition
The pizza was good, but the cost was out regions! Two large pizzas for $38.00?!! Never again!
LOVE the Pan Pepperoni from Derby Dominoes! The people that work there are the best n delivery is always fast n food hot. Derby Dominoes is the BEST!!!!

I ordered a pizza from Domino's. They delivered the wrong Pizza. They're online site has no place to complain about the wrong Pizza, they acknowledge they sent the wrong Pizza. 30 to 40 minutes later, the correct Pizza showed up. All told, around 50 to 60 minutes. No apology for management. I doubt that I will use Domino's again.
The only reason I'm leaving w stars is because of the experience I've had two different times with the employees. The food is great, but the customer service is absolutely terrible.
Went to pick up my order and they stated they forgot to add the extra cheese on one of the pizzas. They already had a new one in the oven. Got the correct pizza and they threw in the other one.Great service today.Thank you.
Excellent pizza
They always get the order wrong, and they never seem to care. Good pizza but not worth the aggravation. The other fast food places in Derby are staffed by the same pool of Derby teens. Yet Dominos ALWAYS gets my order wrong and Freddys, Hog Wild, Subway, etc. always get it right. Poor training has to be the reason. Good pizza, inept service.
