I went to get some lunch and was given the wrong order and didn't notice till I got home.i called the store and talked to an awesome young lady named chelsea ( I hope I spelled that correctly) and she was already aware of the issue and told me several options to correct the issue I chose to go back to the store cause I really love the a1 sandwich.she went above and beyond to make it right! I love how I was treated and love my local dq and their whole team
Food is always fresh and hot. The kids that work there are unprofessional, actually working instead of standing around would be a good idea. If you have a special request for your order, be prepared for it to get messed up. They always fix it, but less mistakes would be awesome. Will continue to be a patron here due to fresh food and generally good service.
Very upset I was given blizzards tonight that were supposed to both be chocolate brownie blizzards but one looks like vanilla ice cream and no chocolate while the other is perfect. I get it was close to close but that don't excuse lying to my face when I asked why they looked different. Oh one didn't turn out as chocolaty my butt more like you ran out of syrup and didn't put it in there cause your in a hurry.

This was a good visit. The food was good. The employees were very friendly and easy to understand.Constructive criticism: It was "non rush hour" with many employees behind the counter and nothing to do. No one was cleaning tables or sweeping little messes on the floor in the dining area. I don't understand this way of running an eating establishment.
I ordered a Blizzard and fries and they were perfect. Also, the staff welcomed me at the door then said bye as I was leaving.
Long wait in line. Bacon on burger was soggy
Food was very cold, and there was barely any fries with the combos
Checkout lady had problem giving change. Ice cream we got was very good as expected from them
