First of all I walk in and the place was a wreck food everywhere all over prep table. Second I still order and I ask for hot sauce she didn't hear me because she was laughing with coworkers and I didn't realize she didn't put it on my food. So I go back in immediately and ask for it she says I have to pay for it. Smh they don't charge extra for salsa when they put it on your food. Terrible experience also when I went back to ask for the salsa she was blowing her nose with her gloves on throw the kleenex away and proceeded to go back to making food. GROSS!! I WONT BE GOING BACK

We were hungry for supper and decided to do a mobile order. It’s a 30 minute round trip to chipotle and home. My husband went to get the order and I stayed home with the kids. When my husband got home we went to eat and discovered that instead of a cheesy chicken burrito and a paleo steak bowl, we had a paleo steak burrito and a cheesy chicken bowl. My breastfed baby and I have a dairy and gluten allergy. So this food wouldn’t work for us in the slightest. Back to chipotle we went. They did replace our food and offer to give us free food next time. But its still extremely frustrating to have spent an hour and a half on the road. We will be getting our free food and no longer coming here. We did eat here quite frequently because it’s one of the few places I trusted.

Called and spoke to someone about my burrito being small. I’ve gone to this location multiple times. I get the same burrito every time. This burrito was half the size and barely filled. Was not filling in the slightest and paid $11 for half the burrito. Would not recommend ordering through the app. Was not willing to fix mistake.

Customer Service at this location is trash. I have never been here, and have never ordered online. I walked in the door and wasn’t even acknowledged. The employees were deep in their conversation, and I stood there waiting. Then, one of them finally said, “Are you gonna order something?” (No, hello, no welcome to Chipotle…)I responded that I ordered online. The same employee responded “Is it over there?” pointing to a shelf, like I should have known what was going on. I grabbed my order and walked out. I was not thanked or anything. The employees just continued talking amongst each other.

This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had here... The female worker who served our food messed up on our order and without a thought she just threw it away like it was nothing. And then without asking my boyfriend what he wanted she put queso on both of ours. What if he was lactose intolerant? She also had an attitude when my sister said that she messed up the order. Like i know people make mistakes and all but when you do its not appropriate to have an attitude when we just correct the order. The cashier also didn't mark whose was whoses and it was like a game of musical chairs but with bowls. Not coming back here again if im just going to be disappointed.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I ordered through chipotle to avoid the doordash drama and not only was my order an hour late it went to the wrong place. When I called they gave me refund. I want to cry. I was looking forward to it for almost two hours. Now I have to wait for a refund for air and I still have nothing to eat.

The veggie chorizo isn't bad! Although I think my bowl or burrito would be yummy either or without it since the other toppings are so good.

The food was high in salt .. the place was so loud it was hard to talk to the person across the table.. and hard to fine a clean one too ..

I can’t say enough good things about this Derby location. This review is not based on one visit but four. All at different times and days. One of those days they were training someone new and the experience was still amazing. Thank you for taking the time to train your team on customer service and quality of service as well.

Just walked in. Cashiers were talking. No other customers. I waited up front. No greeting. I felt like no one wanted to serve me. So I walked out and went to Chick-Fil-A.
