I order 2 original chicken sandwich add cheese and medium raspberry coke. pull up to pay. tried to use my card the guy asks me if I can pay using cash. this point I realize the register and the screens are all off. he says just give a 5 if you got it. which given that nothing was ever typed into a register id say its a safe bet where it ended up. food was all wrong they were on whopper buns. caked in mayo. like so much so it's dripping out of the wrappers. no cheese. chickens gross looking whole thing just looked gross and ended up in the trash. never once have I ever had a good experience at this burger king. there's constantly issues. just avoid this store at all costs. I'll never go back to this or any bk again because of the countless issues this store has had.
Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for my order to be taken. 20 minutes to receive food. Fries were cold and over salted. Burgers were very dry and difficult to eat.
Extremely disappointed. I ordered 3 double hamburgers with no cheese, ketchup only and a small order of mozzarella sticks. The burgers came with ketchup, mustard and pickles. I returned to have then remade, which was done with a "sorry about that". I drove off expecting that all was well only to unwrap one while driving to find out they were singles, not doubles. Total, 9 burger patties, 6 buns, all in the trash. They were remade once again, correctly this time with yet another "sorry about that". Very disappointed.
I've used the mobile app for this location quite a bit. It took a couple of times for me to get used to it. Now, I don't think I'd order any other way! I always get it fresh, hot & just the way I ordered it! Bk associates very good at their job!
We went to drive thru approx 9:45 pm 1/21/22 It was a bit of a wait, and I was nervous our experience would not be good. However I was Pleasantly surprised ! Food was fresh and despite the wait our order was accurate, and literally I only saw one young man working. I felt so bad for him as he was busy with others In the drive thru, he needs to be recognized and encouraged he was doing a fantastic job in the current situation ! I did not get his name however I hope he doesn’t go unrecognizing by other employees he is a rock star !
this place needs new management.. we set in line for 25 min in the drive thru... the girl taking our order didn't listen to what we said and asked stupid questions she asked already...we left and so did 4 cars behind us will never come back to this location
Worst experience with a fast food restaurant EVER!!! We were in line 43 minutes!! Yes 43!! And to top it off the food wasn't even fresh. Shame on you Burger King!! Your customers definitely don't matter , only the money we spend!!
Never been more disgusted by food in my life. Order chicken sandwhich, the meat is cold the cheese cold not cooked on at all. Order chicken nuggets they were so old and gross. Couldnt chew them or bite into them. Even visually looking at them they looked hours dry. Avoid this location at all costs the employees are terrible

If you are suicidal or hate yourself this is a wonderful place to go. If not never come, the bathrooms alone made me throw up green. Then the food arrived and the manager was smoking in the back. I saw this and was hesitant to eat the food. They got my order completely wrong. And you could taste the smoke of the cigarette in the food. The employees were staring at me so I felt pressured to eat it. And on other occasions I have waited for 20 minutes in the drive-in for food on the assumption that they were "understaffed". But after seeing that they had 4 workers in their Burger King outfits having a smoke outside I left. I suggest not going to this establishment unless you are in the middle of a desert with no food or water. And if that is so, what are you doin, call for help, not for Burger King because they will never help you with anything.
