We were very disappointed with the service and time management of this restaurant. We went out to eat with our two young children. The restaurant was not packed and we waited for our table for about 10 minutes (which is not that bad) however they ended up seating us in an area they at first didn’t want to use and was open the whole time. Their excuse was understaffed. We ordered our drinks a few minutes later but then waited 15 minutes to get our drinks. We then order our food and wait for another 45 minutes. We finished two drinks each while waiting. We decide it’s been too long to sit at the table with two children and ask to pay for our drinks and leave because everyone around us is served and we are left out. Our waitress realized the mistake and says our food should be out next. We said no thank you and asked to pay. She still proceeded to bring out the food immediately, all of a sudden. The appetizer was cold. The mozzarella sticks had hardened and the onion rings were soggy. We still asked to pay. Then the waitress stormed off to find a manager which still took a long time. We still didn’t get all of our order and ended up leaving without food. No compensation and loss of rewards.
Managers were nice but didn’t do their jobs. I had spoken to a manager about getting a refund for my deliver order. He sounded rushed. I didn’t get my refund after two weeks of waiting so I called again. Come to find out the first manager out in the wrong card number so I told this one the actual number. A week later, still no refund. So I call a third time, apparently that manager didn’t even submit it for a refund. Ended up only getting a gift card and not the refund I needed
On April 11 2022 my daughter and I went in to eat at around 430. The service was atrocious. The food came out in a timely manner but our waitress disappeared for at least 40 minutes. I had to go to the host station to ask for a box and our ticket. The young man at the host station went to find out waitress. She didn't apologize just brought our ticket I gave her my debit card she brought back the ticket for me to sign but not my debit card. I was so angry and upset with the service I didn't notice my card was missing. I went to the grocery store and noticed my card was missing. I called BWW and the man that answered the phone said they had my card so I had to leave my groceries in the store for get my card. When I got there they acted like I was an imposition because they were in their dinner rush. I have never had since a disappointing dining experience.

Had a fantastic experience last Sunday. Samantha was our waitress (we always request her area) and per usual, she was outstanding. Food was out quickly and all correct... and there was rarely an empty glass. Top notch service with her!
As a family of 5 we were seated at a 4 top table. The table was clean but the floor under was disgusting, there was food and dirty napkins under the table. The place wasn't even busy, it was 8pm on a Sunday night.Waitress took my families order but went to walk away before taking mine no big deal I caught her and gave her my order. My family's wings came out hot but my brisket sandwich came out cold like it had just came out of the fridge and my fries were hard and old. We were checked on at the end of our meal when the waitress brought the ticket so I told her with my meal untouched please comp this I didn't eat it and told her what was wrong, with an attitude she walked away. My 3 kids got sick from their food. It was terrible! Well never go back!
It's 2 weeks in a row they've messed up an order. Tips stand for to ensure prompt service I tip ahead of time and it's like they don't even recognize it
place was understaffed yet, maybe out of greed, management allowed every table to be filled, causing my food to be given to me literally cold. I ordered for 3 people and the only discount in was given is 12 dollars. seems the manager here is greedy and inexperienced. servers were very sweet and knew better than then management. I'm sure some children could manage better.
Today’s experience was disappointing at Buffalo Wild Wings. This is unfortunate because I enjoy coming here on Fridays after work with a group of friends on a regular basis. While at our table, a cockroach crawled up the wall. We informed our waitress who promptly told the manager. It wasn’t until we reported a second time that a second roach was actually on our table and we moved to a different table that the manager came and addressed the situation by simply stating that they spray regularly and they would have them come spray again. The manager then attempted to catch three more cockroaches in a napkin in front of other customers. We did choose to stay and finish our beverages and appetizers. I was disappointed that our meals were not discounted or that the manager was not more apologetic. I’m sure we will continue to frequent their establishment because we do enjoy going there. I just hope the creepy crawly friends are not present the next time we go there for an end of the week pick me up.
Buffalo Wild Wings is a good fun place to go to watch that sports game. It can be very busy at these times. Outside of sports games, it's not too busy, and you can get your food real quickly. Employees are friendly and the place is nice and clean.
