Food was quick, service was good. The only reason this isn't 5/5 is because the tables aren't cleaned off between patrons and the floor of the seating area has a significant amount of trash. Manager/owners needto find more staff to support proper cleanliness and people need be mature enough to stop leaving messes
The store was very dirty! Sorry to say. There were plenty of workers to wipe down tables and clean up but you just had to find the cleanest dirty table you could.The food was good , but I could count 10 fries in the holder. They didn't care about doing a good job.I hate to write this review. This was Wednesday, 25th around 11:30.
I used to despise this location because of how I'd see management treat their younger employees. After not going back for years, I started to ease my way back into giving this location my business. I couldn't be happier or more impressed with the employees there. They're so fast, kind, and efficient. I've become a regular and go in almost daily!!
My wife and I come in frequently after church on Sundays. The staff is generally friendly with a few employees even going so far as to work the drive through alone! I don't remember his name, but there was this young man who wore glasses. Even though he was working through a rush alone, he was able to make two of the most beautiful banana splits I have ever seen. I don't usually think of splits but I had to order one even if it didn't look like the ones he made. Nonetheless the store has a wonderful hardworking team that pushes through being severely understaffed to make the best products possible and to do it with a smile.
I went thru drive thru, employees very friendly, good was hot and delicious, will definitely be back while I am in town
The staff deserve accolades. Busy as all hell and stressed to the limit but still provided good food.
Very friendly staff always ready to help. Quick service . They are a little short of staff right now so dining tables were not kept up like they usually are. Overall a good place with good fast food.
Really great food and they even have a grocery store??? Cut the employees some slack and the managers I've heard it can be rough for them.
This was one of my favorite places to go for dinner. The chicken strip meal used to be awesome.. I don't know what happened but now the chicken has been hard as a rock. Be careful what you order.
Went through the drive thru to get my favorite shake. They messed up on the fries, were a bit cold. A nice kid, who’s name tag said was alex, came to me and apologized with great effort to make sure I left braums with nothing but gratitude and amazing food. I used to think that braums wasn’t that great, but due to some new hires within the last 6 months or so, I have been super happy!!!
