Had a great experience with a curbside to go order. The gentleman who delivered the food was personable and my order was on time and delicious.Their food quality has improved over previous visits. Keep up the good work.
We ordered mozzarella stcks the lady dropped the sticks on the chair and put them back on the plate. I said why would you put them back on the plate and her response was they just fell on the chair so I will have them drop 2 sticks to replace the ones I dropped. When they brought the two sticks out the dish had food in the plates. We asked to speak to the manager and he said it s mother's day we were busy. If they dropped the food in front of us and put them back on the plate with the food that wasn't dropped what are they doing behind the scenes. It was trifling that the staff thought that was ok. This is definitely not ok and not Applebee's standards! Just nasty!
I go out to eat 1-2 month. This was the least friendly place I've been to in 2 yrs. All business. Tipped her. But know I am an extremely big tipper. She received expected tip charge.

I enjoy the bourbon chicken and shrimp. Sometimes you get dry chicken. Not from this location. They continue to one up themselves every time. Good work staff!
Wife said her steak was overcooked and tough, my chicken was great. Manager talked with us and gave us a discount for the steak, sounded like it was fairly common.

Well I took my family to go have a nice dinner here last night and everyone at the table except for me got their food and they just were about done with the food and the waitress came over asked if I had got my food she was super polite and I said no but I don’t want it and would like it taken off my ticket and she said okay I’ll be right back. Here came manager and said I’ll take the bill off do you want it to go so I did take it to go then the waitress came back and kept apologizing to my family and I and I told her it’s not her fault her people don’t have it together. Shoutout if I ever go back will ask for that waitress but that will be the only reason. Just to be able to tip her
This place always has the greatest wait staff everytime I go there...great friendly service and good food. Had the 4 cheese honey pepper chicken I hate spicy food this is more sweet than spicy and I love it we got the 2 for 27 and had Cesar salads. Went to this location to avoid bad service elsewhere even though it was a bit out of the way...well worth it!!! Highly recommend this location...
12-8-21, 4:45-6:15pm Where is Manager? There was a loud, obnoxious, inappropriate, drunk staff still had Uniform on, (assume off duty)blasting away so loud disturbed my elderly Mom. I mentioned it to our waitress, who was understandably shy. Thought she'd tell Mgr. Heard 1 young lady brag about glad I can drink here, but can't get liquor @ liquor store(perhaps Underage Drinking.) At 1 point their Server they called Jeremy offered them another round of shots. WTHECK?? Ridiculous that type of public behavior by staff IN UNIFORM was tolerated, perhaps encouraged. A nearby couple was also bothered, kept making eye contact toward disruptive table. My Mom can't get out by herself. We were looking forward to a relaxing, delicious Applebee's dinner. I sure did make a comment to Hostesses @ door as we left that we weren't impressed, ruined our meal. The Mgr of Derby location needs basic customer service training, ATF. State needs to train ALL Mgrs & staff about alcohol laws, penalties, how to refuse service to impaired customers, who intervenes if Mgr not there, etc. Applebee's used to have standards, was known for good service, excellent choice of food.
