I enjoy the atmosphere in this place. Well made drinks and great charcuterie board. If you're in valley junction, I'd suggest stopping by for one of the cocktails
The atmosphere and drinks are top notch. I can't say the same for service. Apparently it is acceptable to not ask if our group would like anything else AND for the tab to be tossed on our table while walking by? Yes, I am still that person that tips at least 20% because I understand we all have "off" days but that is no excuse. It would have been 100% if the service was there.
Good atmosphere. A decent selection of craft beer and mixed drinks. A nice place to meet up or hang out after work.

Winchesters drinks are a cut above any drink experience I’ve found anywhere. The atmosphere is cool, the bartenders are extremely artistic and the service is outstanding. Winchesters is my favorite cocktail bar; it never disappoints!! 5 stars!!!

Very impressive stop on a night out with friends. Excellent selection of alcohol behind the bar (see picture) and a reasonable tap beer selection. The drinks aren't cheap, but the modern, chic atmosphere is worth the stop to experience. Nice cocktail bar in the Valley Junction. Great selection of hand made cocktails and beers on tap. Couple bar snacks available after 4pm, but no true food menu. Awesome stop for just a drink, loved the ambiance!
