Very comfy beds, super clean room, huge tv with Netflix anf other streaming options (to use your own accounts). Hotel staff was awesome and the restaurant/bar has great food and drinks snd had the friendliest bar tenders. Would def stay again.

I had actually made reservations at the wrong hotel for my business event, but these folks helped me cancel that one and make a new one here. Great room. Same price. Super nice and helpful staff. I would certainly return again. Nice room. Nice shower. Comfy bed. Big TV. Comfy couch. Almost as good as home as far as I'm concerned.

Had a terrible experience at another hotel nearby and moved to this location. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience! All of the staff were friendly and went the extra mile to accommodate us during our stay! This is what the hospitality industry should look like. Thank you so much!

DO NOT stay front 4+ rms in this motel 1st - third floor.\\nAlarm beeps from 3am on. Coming from nearby room or below. Call Steve- looks into, still beeping at 520am. Slept w pilo over head.\\nHVac filters dirty. constant Fan in bath?\\nTowels thin, hard. Not supposed to be a motel 6\\nLight bulbs out, several\\nShower gel empty\\nDecaf cofe only?\\nLot terrible

We had an event a couple of weeks ago and we had terrible service. Receptionist was so rude. They will charge you a high fee for ANY miscellaneous items that you ask for and NOT tell you until they send you the bill. Don’t recommend having any events here!

I’d recommend against staying here. I reserved a king suite for 3 guest to stay with m club access.\\n\\nBE AWARE!!!!! The sofas are NOT pull out beds. The M club is closed on the weekends. Also they will only give you two breakfast vouchers no matter how many people are staying.\\n\\nThe WiFi says it’s going to charge you which is crazy for a hotel.\\n\\nThe room was very nice and reasonably clean. But I’m never coming back.

It’s like the staff at this hotel doesn’t want guests and they are completely put out by anyone walking through their precious revolving door. On multiple occasions hotel staff was more than rude, they were outright disrespectful. I will never stay here again.

My husband, my son and myself booked a king suite for a weekend. The room was nice and fairly clean. Unfortunately, we intended to book the room assuming it had a pull out couch. It does not. Additionally breakfast is not offered included and the website says you have TO PAY FOR WIFI!! We also paid to get M club access just to find out it was closed on the weekends. If I had it to do again I would have happily stayed elsewhere

Stayed for volleyball tournament and overall was a good stay, but did not meet the quality that should of received. Room was across from the pool area and was very quiet from the outside traffic and clean, along with the rest of hotel. The bathroom wall is very thin and one on the bed can hear the full symphony of whatever is taking place in the bathroom... The fitness center and pool area was clean, but had a lacking of towels on hand. The room had sufficient supplies (towels, coffee, soap), but was minimal, especially for a higher brand hotel. I mean, most budget hotels have at least 3 huge towels in a single bed room, instead of the 2 that were stocked. Main issue was at the dining area one night. Wife and I ordered supper and after the server saw that my wife was 8 months pregnant and she would not be drinking, lost all interest in us. After we received our food never saw the server, which would of gained an additional beer being ordered (by me). Another server brought us our check, and I paid at the bar leaving a $9 tip on a $38 dollar tab, and did not receive any eye contact, yet alone a thank you when I received my change from our server. Overall just left the feeling that since we were not big spenders at the bar/dining area, did not deserve great customer service. The rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall a good stay with a clean facility, but feels that should of been a little more quality for the brand of hotel.

This hotel failed at EVEY opportunity to give good customer service. I called the hotel on Wednesday to cancel our Friday night stay but still wanted keep our Saturday reservation. This was group rate for a sports team and the assistant manager stated he couldn't cancel my Friday stay stating that according to the team contract it states changes must be made at least 3 days before the first night, 3 days! I asked him to send me a copy of the agreement and in that agreement there was NO wording stating 3 or even 1 day was required to make a change. I was forwarded to the sales manager to discuss this situation and after much discussion she stated she could change it but I would have to pay $229 + tax for the Saturday night stay when the online rate for this hotel was listed at $169, clearly gouging me. She stated $229 is the going rate in the area as there are many activities going on in the DesMoines area, keep in mind that this is not a high end hotel. Spoke again with the assistant manager and he finally gave me the online rate for a 1 night stay. THEN we checked into the hotel on Saturday and they stated they were having plumbing issues and couldn't give us our original 2 bed reservation and put us in a 1 bed with a pull out. Is this a coincidence? Who knows but am VERY disappointed in the management, the sales manager and this hotel. Beware
