Door said they opened at 7. Arrived at 730 and it was still locked. Another couple that had been there before us called, the manager come unlocked the door talking about loosing track of time. Was so disappointed in the food, sausage was undercooked, bacon was overcooked, I asked for coffee and a water, was never given a water. Waitress didn't come back for refills and was rather rude. And until we left it was us and the other couple so it's not like they were busy. Will not be returning

Seated right away, food was fast and very good. Our waitress was so sweet. The pancakes really hit the spot.

This family style restaurant is like a hidden gem now, and I say that because every time I go it's almost always not busy which is confusing to me because the food is so damn delicious. I've tried a lot of different meals from there and it always comes out in a decent amount of time and always so fresh and amazing. I've been getting the VIB pick 4 choice from the breakfast menu over and over and i have never had a bad meal here ever. Let me tell you if you're a sweet tea fan then you will be obsessed with their tea, the best I've ever had in my life. The waitresses are super friendly, and so sweet and there was a time when my card wasn't working so they just told me to pay them back when I can, I mean who else would do that?

Ordered a caramel apple pie to be picked up the next day. Card was charged when order was made. Called the next day to comfirm if the pie would be ready, they did not have it in stock, but charged my card before pick up? Why is it even an option on the website? Asked if the one I orginally chose could be exchanged for a different apple pie. I was told yes. Thinking I have an apple pie finally, i open the bag only to see it was not what I asked for.

What a super place for customer friendly service. The host and waiter—Antonio were fantastic and offered prompt service. The Ultimate Burrito and Waffles were scrumptious with the right touch of seasoning. This is a place locals should come back to due to their new attitude to customer service, good prices and easy access in and out.

It was a nice breakfast. I had eggs Benedict, I am down one star for the thin lunch meat style of ham. It tasted like sandwich meat. I also would love if they had non-dairy creamer so I could enjoy my coffee. I didn't get coffee. Overall, more dairy free options on the menu would be amazing. Otherwise, our server was lovely and it was a nice place to eat.

This diner is awesome, portions are great for the price, and Monica has been serving amazing customer service for over a decade! Great place to go to for breakfast during the week, or brunch on the weekends!

The Chicken Pot Pie is excellent. My wife's chicken breasts was tasty but were kind of tough. They had to do a fast thaw on the breasts to prepare my wife's meal. I suppose the fact that we got there 15 minutes before closing (which we didn't know) might have had something to do with it.

Absolutely stunning, very much like IHOP but 10X better quality food and excellent customer service at a much better price.

Service was off this day, was completely overlooked when waiting to be seated and waited 15 minutes once seated before an employee asked if I had placed my order which I had not. Food arrived warm and over salted. Peach pie was very delicious.
