A regular smoothie place. Love the health factor of these smoothies
Ugh. They put the multiple drinks in a carrier and then bag them. Then the drinks try to tip themselves over. They were sitting on my floorboard of my car which usually has pretty good stability. Look, either give me a double carrier or give them individually. Dumb.
I'm always hesitant about places like this. I've been in twice now and love their smoothies. They're actually healthy and full of great nutrients. I'll keep coming back.
I had the Hurricane smoothie & the Cajun shrimp wrap. It was good and I'll probably go back and try some of their other menu items.
Best smoothies in des moines area , very pleasant staff and very courteous, i eat here almost every day, super consistant food , never had a bad meal, strongly recommend
I've ate here twice, a couple months ago and today. First time was a good experience but this time I got sick. I had the Caribbean jerk wrap and the mocha madness smoothie. I hate to say it because I enjoy this food chain but I genuinely think the food made me sick.
Nice atmosphere with fast and friendly service. Flat bread "Green Goddess" sandwiches are very tasty. The wraps are also good. Certainly this Cafe' is known for their Smoothies. I tried the low carbohydrate green smoothie sans sugar. It was ok however to be fair I'm not a huge smoothie fan. Tropical might make me into one. Great place to grab lunch and a change from the large corporate chain restaurants.
Good, nutritious lunch. Pretty fast for a fresh, made to order sandwich and smoothie.

Good smoothies, a bit pricey. Wish it was more fresh fruit than powder, but overall a good experience.
