With such a big variety on their menu there is no disappointment on anything you order at Cheesecake Factory. We enjoyed the Chicken Marsala and Meatloaf with Long Island Ice Teas, a must try!

I ordered a classic hamburger, medium well. When it came it looked delicious but after the first bite I quickly found out that it was definitely NOT medium well but was almost raw.The restaurant was very busy and we had waited a long time for a table so I didn’t ask for a replacement as we had already been there over an hour at that point. And, although our waiter was great he didn’t offer any compensation for the raw hamburger (which may not have been within his power to do).I would not recommend getting a hamburger from the Cheesecake Factory.

my potatoes were cold and my salmon was not cooked ?

Great service and very attentive to customers. And love the food.

Wide variety, my favorite place to dine in Des Moines area. The only negative I can think of is they are always busy. I always reserve a day or 5 hours earlier to avoid the wait times!

Make a reservation if you can-- the wait can be up to between 30- 50 minutes to get a table, but well worth it.They offer bread and butter before anything. Looked delicious.I ordered the Steak Dianne and the Tiramisu dessert ( not the cheesecake kind) both were fabulous. Our server was fast, friendly and smiling. ?I would take family here anytime. ??

Birthday lunch at a favorite spot! Great service, great food!

Massive menu, good food. I don't usually love chain restaurants, but you can't go wrong with Cheesecake Factory. This one is much like every other one you visit.

A little pricey, but worth it. I'm not a fan of cheesecake, but they have far and away the most extensive menu anywhere. If you can't find something, you're just not hungry. I usually get their spaghetti and either a hot fudge sundae or the chocolate cake (which is enough for two) for desert. Their bread service is top-notch and their service is second-to-none. It's a great place for a special occasion or a casual dinner.

Made an attempt to make a reservation for a party of 12 that includes several small children this reservation is not only out of respect for the restaurant but obviously when you have small children you like to have a good idea of when you’re able to be seated. The manager on duty this evening February 22, if that’s what he was , informed me that too bad it’s our policy we don’t take party reservations of 12 only six and if I schedule 26 tops they can’t be sat together. His great advice was walk in the door and then your children can deal with waiting. His tone was not apologetic rude and absolutely unacceptable. And someone who works in the service industry and generally had the business in mind when trying to make this reservation so that everything goes smoothly for both of us. Hi maintain a polite and respectful tone the whole time and he had no desire to have a discussion even from the beginning he was rude. I have worked through Covid in the service industry and if it is causing this gentleman so much pressure he cannot at least have a respectable polite conversation then maybe just maybe he should be demoted to dishwasher. Point of this all is if you want to take a large group they will have a large tab to cheesecake factory they don’t want that.
