This place is terrible. Don't use the app cuz even if they don't have the product they will not refund you. So that's free money for them and cs national is of no help.The evening manager didn't know the menu. They never make anything as requested even if they charge you extra .And for the finale I saw someone making food and sneeze on it.

I will never come back to this location ever again. They have messed up my order on 3 different occasions now. I gave them passes the first 2 times because they were busy but this time we were literally the only customers. I ordered the 5 layer burrito and a Crunchwrap. The Crunchwrap had literally no meat on it. And the burrito wasn’t even the 5 layer, it was just a regular bean burrito.

- We waited 15 minutes after ordering before being informed everything we ordered could not be completed due to not being on stock.- Very dirty, nobody to clean (looked understaffed. Wouldn’t blame the workers. All working hard.)- Out of napkins and hot sauce at the island.- I’m gonna have to put this one 100% on the owner/general manager. They need to hire adequate staff to take care of the restaurant.Went to a local Mexican restaurant and each ordered 3 tacos (free chips and salsa, of course) and it was out in 5-10 minutes and cost less than Taco Bell ($25 vs $29).

This Taco Bell, definitely has issues keeping staff who care about the work they do. Not sure if managers are on them for speed or what the issue is, but trying to hurry causes errors with food prep, sauces don't get added, napkins get forgotten and staff are too rushed to do their jobs completely for customer satisfaction. I mean, that is what the food service industry is about, right? Customer satisfaction? People order food based on what they want and pay for it? Shouldn't they get what they pay for? Or is it more about having to return to the store wasting time and gas and causing food to get even colder?

I went here for supper with my family. The staff didn't come to the register to take the orders. We waited in a long line of people for quite some time before anyone even came up to the register. The food was made fast which was good. However, the entire restaurant was just really gross and dirty. There were no clean tables, trash was everywhere, straws, lids, and sauces weren't restocked. There was even sticky substances hardened onto the tables like they hadn't been clean. The kitchen had lots of trash on the floor too and looked dirty. Honestly wasn't comfortable eating here and probably won't again.

Directed to order from kiosk; another customer asked to order from the register and was met with a sigh " it's easier for us if you you order from the kiosk; i didn't get all of the items I ordered and when I brought it to the attention of an employee I didn't get an apology only the item tossed on my tray; literally 6 shreds of cheese on my taco.I eat at a lot of Taco Bells across the country but never again at this one.And I can't do a Taco Bell survey because I had to order from the kiosk and didn't want to input my personal information into that system to get a receipt.

Thank you for having more vegetarian options than most places. And Kevin is the best at this location, he is so friendly and helpful! Every company should be so lucky to have a guy like Kevin working for them! Give that guy a raise!

The man that helped me was super helpful, sweet, and kind!! ✿ I don't know who the pretty, blue eyed gentleman was but I enjoyed my first trip to Taco Bell because of him.They didn't have hot sauce for my Chalupas or the Baja Blast that I heard about but what I got was just as nice.10/10 good employees, will return again
