I came to order dinner at 9:46 after a long day of work (closing time 10 p.m. according to their posted hours) just to be told by staff they start closing at 9:45. I watched them put maybe TWO containers away as I was walking up. They told me “we’ve already put everything away.” Thanks Subway on Grand for exemplifying the work ethic of so many people in our society.

Bad customer service. Employee have bad attitude and manager will argue with you over stupid things.

they have like one employee working so it’s a bit slow if there’s multiple people in at a time

I saw on Google that your hours are until 8 pm. So I'm waiting for a friend in the parking lot and AT 6PM you turn off your signs and I see you lock the doors? If you guys are gonna change your hours you need to update Google and if your hours are still until 8 then you need to keep the store OPEN until 8pm. This is ridiculous.

Excellent tuna sub.

I have been here multiple times as I work in the area. The store charged me multiple times for an online order I never even received and the manager and associates were unwilling to help me. Terrible customer service and I will not be coming here again.

5 people in line with 1 person making sandwiches and the other person filling up the pop cooler. The person before me, myself, and the person after me had to repeat their orders multiple times. I ordered cookies and they were hard and gross. I waited in line about 10 minutes from the moment I walked in the door. The person filling the cooler didn't wash his hands before putting gloves on and making sandwiches. I usually don't go to this location and don't plan to return. The location I typically go to has wonderful staff who greet you when you walk in, say thank you when you leave, makes sure they heard you correctly, and over all act like they care that you are there.

Whoever the sandwich maker is today is a hot mess! He's sloppy, curly hair dude just threw our sandwiches together like it was a mud pie and neglected to cut it all the way. Told the cashier but no apologies. Not looking for anything free but take a little art in your craft.

Although my neighborhood Subway, this location just needs to close. Poor excuse for employees and the owner doesn't seem to care that they just throw your food together. I was so grossed out just by watching this slob make my sandwich

Food was good. Service was odd. Was greeted by, "What da ya want?" Like it was a burden for the employee that I was there. Cashier was just as thrilled to have a customer. I hadn't been to Subway in years, should have just walked out without saying anything.
