It's a Starbucks. Was close to the hotel I stayed in so stopped in the morning for a morning pick-me-up. Hot day so went with a cold brew. Long drive-thru line but it moved quick! Would stop by again if in this area
Excellent fast experience inside. Drinks made well. Recently in stock items can be a little bit and miss on availability and the drive through gets busy at peak times.
They made our drinks way too milky. My chai barely had color to it and my spouse vanilla latte was the same. Asked them to remake it and the had an attitude the entire time.
I generally love this place though sometimes the wait is fairly long. Also, they don't have enough room in the drive through on weekday mornings which frequently results in the line overflowing onto Westtown Parkway. Also, if you park to run in, you may not be able to leave very quickly.
My latte and food were great, even with the extremely long weekend crowd. Love those breakfast sandwiches! The staff handled the rush very well!
Drive thru was full!!! Also my caramel machiato was not sweet enough... but its a great location to get your fix from
"light ice". Need I say more? The ice is FILLED bottom to top. I literally got 2 and a half drinks out of this at best. Please retrain your employees who are working cold bar! -former Starbucks employee. Love giving out money for free.
The staff was kind and patient with my large coffee run order. I ordered over 8 drinks and had all of them in about 5 minutes. I went around 9:30am.
I frequently can't order ahead here and on this visit, it was extremely slow. For whatever reason, this location seems to struggle more than some of the others. Drink quality was normal. Made me late for a meeting and should have been plenty of time.
Great service and friendly staff. Be aware of LONG lines during busy times. I was in line for a good 15 minutes when I was there trying to pick up my mobile order.
