Ordered a SHAKEN espresso! The whole drink is supossed to be shaken to mix it...hints the name... I asked them to please shake it as the drink was not mixed at all and the worker handed me a coffee stirring sick and said here mix it! Like really, should have gotten an employee discount if I had to basically mix my drink! Bless her little heart for the extra cup she finally gave me to mix my drink!
Starbucks is OK. I went because my friend asked me to pick up their holiday cup that came out today. Their coffee is overpriced and far too strong. They're killing the small guys, I much prefer local coffee shops. They're more friendly and personable. I don't get the cult following behind the Starbucks cups. Oh, well, to each their own. Happy holidays!!!
The drink was TOO HOT and burned my tongue. And the dummies didn’t even give me on of the cozies to keep my hand from getting too hot. I’ll never come back again until they get COMPETENT workers.
These ladies are great. They know me and I'm not there that often. They work efficiently and deliver what I order. I always tip extra because they do such a good job and work hard.
Very conveniently located inside HyVee, near the west entrance. We like to get coffee on our way in to grocery shop and drink coffee all the while.

tgent thru drive thru ordered venti latte with 3 splenda was given the wrong coffee cup went back to girl taking orders in drive she told me to go inside i did so told manager wrong coffee he rerang my coffee said it would be just a few minutes, they were busy and i was running early so i waited...30 minutes later i still had no coffee and had to leave for work..they lost my order from one end of counter to the other, no refund no coffee no offer to make it good just an i dont know what happened can you wait while we make it.

Advoid (Store #57889) this location at all cost. Out of 10 0rders they get 4 right. The only reason I've gone 10 times because the location is so convenient. But for as many time I've gone back to get my drink correct it's no longer worth it.
