Slow service, batista at window was rude.It took 40 minutes for them to serve 4 cars in the drive thru line. They were rude at the window and I will not use this Starbucks again. It's unfortunate because Starbucks used to adhere to higher standards!
I basically only have one issues with Starbucks and that is in the evening they reduce their brews to basically a Pike. I think they should offer more choices like a Blonde roast or at least a decaf. I know that sometimes they offer to do a pourover but most don't offer and most don't want to.
Spent 13 dollars on 2 coffees and my espresso was burnt. So disappointing

didnt give me cup sleeves and i burned my hands and dropped my coffee out of my window and got rear ended by a truck. please dont forget the drink sleeves because I didnt have auto insurance
Something was forgot on my order and when the barista went back to fix it, she made the most rude faces! I definitely don’t feel welcome here. But it’s right by my work.

Wow this Starbucks is terrible. Every drink is watered down to absolutely no taste.
I ordered a venti sugar cookie latte, he gave me a grande, I said I ordered a venti, he said “sorry about that and closed the window.” When I took a drink out of my latte they didn’t add any of the flavor. It’s a plain latte.
I am dumbfounded they can come out of the building to direct us 2 feet from our faces but we can't approach the pick up window by foot because our vehical is too large and we could be further from human interaction than if we were in a vehicle. It's definitely not covid restrictions becuae the Starbucks down the street allows walk ins. It's their own choice to not serve us. Terrible terrible terrible business plan
